Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. We hadn’t been to a Joe’s since years ago in FL, when we had a great time. Here in Branson, Poor (inattentive)service. Pressure (server- when check presented) to buy a coupon card for future restaurant deals. Very average seafood and nothing in the environment to enhance the experience. We win’t be back!

We took grandkids for their Birthdays and had a GREAT time! The waitress was AMAZING and made the kids' Birthday experience wonderful. We love Joe's Crab Shack and go any chance we can.

Our waitress was just the best! The accommodations four our twin great grandson’s (age seven months) stroller were much appreciated. Food was great. Thank you!

Our server did a great job, but he was so busy. It took awhile to get our drinks and checks. He had a hard time keeping up with all of his tables. Food was delicious and the kids meal came with free ice cream!

Grilled shrimp was dry and bland. Scampi had very little flavor. Broccoli was overcooked. Lobster tail was dry. Very disappointing overall.

It was our 31 wedding anniversary and had a 9:00pm reservation, we showed up on time they had one set of customers it was slow, we walked in told them we had a reservation and they informed us they were closing but they didn’t close till 10pm the girl up front said let me go get my manager then another young lady came out and asked if she could help us and we said we have a reservation and she quit rudely told us they were closing for the night and asked then why did y’all take our reservation and she just turned around and went back in toward the kitchen area leaving us standing there by that time their was nothing else we could do so for my wife’s 31 year wedding anniversary she got Wendy’s drive tru I was so upset that we got done this way I will never forgive these people for this everytime we go to Branson we always drop a couple hundred dollars there to be shoved out like we came in 5 min before closing, NEVER AGAIN! My intire family goes to Branson at least 6 times a year and Joe’s Crab Shack is one place that lost our business. And I was gonna pre tip the server a $100 bill just to make sure my wife was treated very well. 🥹😡
