I used this online reservation system to book a table for a Tuesday lunchtime, however when my friend and I arrived at the restaurant we found it to be closed! Apparently it is always closed on a Tuesday! So obviously my friend and I had to go elsewhere. I understand my anger is more with open table then it is Joe Rigs but surely one of the staff there could have seen that someone had tried to book a table on their closed day and contacted me to let me know! There was plenty of time to do so as I had booked over a week in advance! Opentable really need to change their booking system so other people cannot book when the place is closed! Very disappointed!
