I have visited Joe Fortes in Vancouver. was excited to visit Whistler and try this location. Disapointed in the quality of the food. Undercooked potatoes, warm beer, serving sizes were correct for the value.

Food was absolutely fabulous as always. Had muscles, fish trio and lamb. Dessert was some mile high chocolate cake that was to die for.

Very nice evening. Staff wasn’t rushed to have table so we sat longer. Food was very good: rich, heavy exactly what I expected. The only knock against is that the hotel lobby you pass through looks, feels and smells like a sports spa. Kind weird entrance! Staff were excellent. Thx

We had such wonderful service from Eliza, she made a special occasion SO FUN and did a wonderful job organizing our courses from the many appetizers we ordered as a sharing meal. Wonderful service. Great food.
