Joe Fortes has been specializing in classic, American cuisine since 1985. The turn-of-the-century inspired dining room features 30-foot high ceilings and six unique dining venues that include our Rooftop Garden. Director of Culinary, Wayne Sych, and Executive Chef, Ryan Green, prepare each dish with a focus on natural flavours and features the finest ingredients from Pacific Northwest farmers, fishermen, and other food artisans. Service was exceptional we had a large group of 12 people and our server Mya made sure everyone was taken care of. Mya was an absolute rockstar, and made the dinning experience that much better.

Seafood is fresh and delicious. The value of the seafood platter was disappointing for $45 for happy hour. We expected more than 4 mussels. Claims, oysters, 2 prawns and small amounts of sashimi.

Great Birthday celebration. Service and food all great. Only complaint is tables are extremely close together making it very crowded and a little difficult to get to and from seats

We had an amazing anniversary dinner, thanks to Joe Fortes and their fantastic staff! Complimentary smoked salmon appetizer, melt in your mouth tenderloin steak cooked to perfection and to die for seafood linguine. Followed by a Complimentary Creme Brule for dessert. Joe Fortes never disappoints.
