   I absolutely love Jiwan, food, service & atmosphere. My only complaint is having to put up with someone smoking near me when you sit outside.

   The set up for Iftar, on the terrace is really lovely. The service was very friendly and efficient. The lentils soup served as a starter was really exceptionally tasty and so was the seafood brochette. A tip: if you like meat and therefore like it rare or medium (certainly not overcooked), make the request prior to being served. The mocktails were original and tasty. Definitely worth it for the overall experience especially when you have The App The entertainer!! 1 iftar offered for 1 iftar paid. At this price for the overall quality and atmosphere, you will not find a lot of matches. We had tried their exceptional breakfast in the past, unfortunately not available anymore but will come back for other dishes after ramadan as we were seduced by the entire experience.

   Jiwan was up to the usual standard in service, ambience and atmosphere. This is really an outstanding restaurant in Doha and we love it. However, last night, the Iftar set menu was. It at the standard of previous years. There were some highlights - the beetroot kibbeh, the octopus and the petit fours but the cauliflower starter, meat skewers and some of the desserts were disappointing. I won't say that anything was bad but I felt it was missing the wow factor from previous visits

   Jiwan is the only restaurant we go to for iftar. This year has been a bit of a let down. Poor service, where we had to wait over 10mn after the cannon to get a glass of laban and dates. We actually had to request it and stipulate that we were fasting and needed to break the fast. Our plates were cleared before we even finish the starters .. and had to kind of hint to it to finally war without having to hold our plates to not be taken from us. Food was good, unfortunately not exceptional and flavorsome as we are used to. Honestly, if we wanted just good food we could go to any other iftar . We expect excellence at Alain Ducasse restaurant with Jeremy Cheminade as an Exec Chef. Atmosphere was great and the setting .. Well ..it's the setting, of course exceptional location. In summary, we're sorry the standards were just not there, we hope next experience to be at the level we're used to. Thank you 🙏🏽🥰

   Had great experience at Jiwan. The service was excellent and don’t skip the desserts - that’s the best part!

   One of the hidden gems of Doha. 1. Outdoor terrace in Winter is lovely - great view. 2. Food is always good. 3. Service is some of the best in Doha. 4. At 100 for the lunch menu it is amazing value. Will be back!
