Always a great choice! Food, service and drinks spot on! Plus they decorated for the holidays, looks very festive!

We have been here countless times before and the past few times have been very disappointing. This time in particular the two sandwiches we ordered were cold and the fries were also cold. The scallops were cold and side requested without butter was swimming in butter. We were rushed in and out. We couldn’t even finish our salad before our food came. After the food there was no one in sight to refill water or for us to request our meals be recooked or at least give us warm fries. After three bad meals Jimmy’s is probably off the list for us and our friends. Wasted money.

Turkey dinner was cold and turkey/ ham dry. Dressing had consistency of paste scooped with a ice cream scoop. Worst turkey dinner ever. The Waite staff was efficient and friendly.

We had thanksgiving dinner and it was very good. I will go back and order off their regular menu.

We were there on Thanksgiving, when they serve the traditional dinner with ham and/or turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy and dressing. Choice of soup or salad to start. Family style servings of sweet potatoes, creamed corn, carrots, green bean casserole and cranberries. Apple or pumpkin pie for dessert. Every item was delicious . Holiday decorations were up, giving the restaurant a festive, cozy feel. The whole experience was homey, relaxed and upbeat. Servers and greeters were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have been nicer.

We decided to celebrate our Thanksgiving dinner at Jimmy's Kitchen and Bar this year. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The information we received and the reason for the reservation was that the advertising read that it was an "all you can eat" dinner. That was NOT at all the case. We were told we could choose between three choices for salad and that the "dinner" would be brought out per plate with turkey, potatoes, gravy and dressing. Well, first of all, we ordered a drink which came after we were finished with our salad and then almost 5 minutes later our "dinner" arrived. Yes, the turkey was cooked well and the potatoes were fine but then received the smallest portion of dressing. Never were we told we could ask for additional food...what does "all you can eat" entail? In addition, the service was poor. I am not sure if they were understaffed but there was never an apology for taking so long to remove our used plates, refresh our drinks, etc. This meal and experience were unsatisfactory.

It was a pleasant experience. Less chaotic than previous visits. The service was very good and all staff were pleasant.

This being our 4th year for Thanksgiving dinner, they continue to out do themselves! We love the family style service, all you can eat. It’s a traditional turkey dinner, everything is amazingly good! So pleasant to sit and enjoy the family while eating a home cooked meal! Thank you for the wonderful Thanksgiving! 🦃.

Very basic, tasteless food not commensurate to the price of the meal.

Meals were not up to Jimmy’s previous standards. Waitress removed appetizer charge from bill. Meat was tough & onion straws were cold. All 3 entrees were bad. Salmon was overcooked, pasta dishes were very bad. Bread was good. Didn’t stay for dessert. Will not return for a long time.

Jimmy's is one of the most consistent restaurants we have been at. It doesn't help that we live next door and come there often. Ownership the best.

Jimmy's is a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Great ambiance and décor, friendly staff. The food is OK, but not great. We had two steaks overcooked and a fish plats that was mushy. Server was great and the price is attractive for this type of restaurant, but for the value the food doesn't make up for it. I'd go back, but it wouldn't be in my top 5 unless location was paramount.

We saw an ad in the Strib for halibut prepared several ways, all at a $31.96 price. We were given the menus, and no halibut was listed, so I asked about it. The waitress then gave us a Specials menu with the halibut choices, but not for $31.95, so I asked about that. Then she said yes, the 2-course halibut meal was $31.95. She asked if the dinner was a special occasion, and yes, it was for a birthday. So when it came time for dessert, she gave us the normal dessert menu, which was fine, but then she came back and told us we could have a sundae on them for my birthday, so we took that option (which was plenty for 2 people). It was embarrassing to then opt for the freebie after having been given the menu. As always, the food was great, but the service was a bit lacking. It won't keep us from going back, however. And BTW: Emilio is wonderful!

One dish of the"Halibut Special" 2 course started with a nice salad wedge with blue cheese. The Halibut was over cooked and dry. tThus, tasteless. The risotto was good.

The shared appetizer was very good. The second entree of sheered scallops and lobster resotto was exceptional.

We have taken advantage of the halibut specials several times. It is a great value. The halibut was delicious, and the serving was quite large. Our waitress, was so sweet, and took really good care of us. Thank you for a great experience.

A little noisy, drinks were very week,wished you had a turkey dish at dinner...

We enjoy eating at Jimmy's a number of times a year. If we lived closer, we would be there more often. We dined with you because of the Halibut special. Our friends had never been to Jimmy's and they were very impressed with their food. Our server was wonderful. Very patient with us. Thanks.

Our group of old college friends gets together at Jimmys every other month for a very fun get together. Saturday night could not of been better. Excellent food and excellent service. It’s such a comfortable restaurant and obviously one of our very favorites.

On our previous visit on 9/30 we were over charged for the crab cakes lunch; we were charged for 2 only 1 was ordered, and served.
When we make a reservation, we do so to prevent waiting, not add to it. When my party arrives, I would expect my table, etc. to be already be set-up, especially at 11:30 am. We should not have to wait while everyone gets together and says, "Oh, they're here now, maybe this would be a good time to set-up the table for them."
When there are nine members of the party, I expect nine menus. Not five, and everyone should share and just pass it along when they are done with it. This cost you nothing! We solemnly promise to return every menu. Every employee that I have ever encountered at Jimmy's has struck me as an upstanding, intelligent individual - gifted even; I'm sure they can all count to 9.
For the quality of food, it's overpriced. The service is slow. Slow taking the order and especially slow getting the food out. After the meal is served, service is inattentive. Nobody at the table should have to look for the waitress and flag her down to get refills or anything else that is needed. After the meals were served, there was never a follow up to see how anything was. There were issues that we would have asked to be addressed.
I hope that this feedback is taken to heart. I really believe that Jimmy's has the greatest potential to be a restaurant of the highest caliber.

Dinner was absolutely fabulous! This was our first visit and we will definitely be back!

Table was ready at reserved time and staff very pleasant and prompt. Nice setting and ambience with moderate noise level allowing for comfortable conversation. Halibut and Pasta dishes were excellent. I would like to see a wine or two at a more moderate per glass price point. Not a big deal, but kind of disappointing that they didn't offer a birthday desert.
