   This venue is an eye opener for Jazz fans!! Small but a superb feel with a concept of lounge seating and a decor that makes one immediately relax as you would, being at home in your own lounge. Food is tasty and affordable, served with refreshments, to a coffee table or small table brought to your lounge by pleasant staff who are happy to take your orders. In Richmond, away from the CBD hustle, bustle and difficult parking (park in a side street with a short walk to the venue), this is a great place for an evening of enjoyable music. We will be back!........

   Great place. Welcoming. Friendly and attentive service. Interesting vibe and decor. Excellent food and drink, fairly priced. You start to feel like family after you’ve been a few times!

   A hidden gem, we had a wonderful night lounging back enjoying the house Jazz Band and the food was exceptional as well. Super impressed, we will returning with more friends to enjoy again and again.

   A hidden gem in Richmond. We had such an amazing time. The service and hospitality were incredible. The venue is intimate and welcoming. They have a small stage that will support local acts soon. I cannot wait to visit again.

   A wonderful gem in Richmond's crown. Live music in an intimate venue in 2020 is such a treat. I hope to see J.H. thrive and be around for a long time yet. Go for a memorable evening that feeds your soul.

   Jimmy Hornet was a surprise discovery and ABSOLUTELY THE BEST to stumble upon! From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure (and yes, embarrassingly, even the moment of return for my mobile phone that I'd accidentally left behind there in my elation, lol) - EVERYthing about the venue - its staff, decor, food, and even musicians - breathed JOYFUL PASSION for the place, live music and vision of its owner. There was even space for some dancing. I am SO going to be a regular there now!!! 🤩😍💖

    I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Jimmy Hornet's cafe and music venue.The food, ambience and music were most enjoyable. I will definitely go again with a large group of people!
