OSU/Michigan football game
First time, I enjoyed it and I will come again. Well done.
We were there during a Michigan game and it was very loud and it has big screen TVs all over which add to the noise level. The food was OK but the service was not very good. People are short staffed so maybe that was part of the reason.
Wonderful game-day atmosphere, delicious food, and great service.
The food was not good, lacked freshness.
Excellent fish tacos and loved the happy hour specials.
Fish tacos were pretty good - maybe a tiny bit overpriced?
nice place upstairs w/ long booths - excellent food! nice way to end UM parents' weekend!
Our server Jeff was outstanding!
Nice place to dine and the atmosphere, service and food were great. A little pricey.
Really great food and service! Surpassed our expectations by far. The salmon po boy was awesome and their famous burger lives up to the hype. Definitely will come back
Burgers, French Dip. Fries. Old fashion all excellent. Service was adequate but no better. Music was too loud.
This experience did not go well. We know places are short staffed and try to be patient but when service goes sideways & food is not edible then things begin to not go well. Maybe next time???
Great food and drinks. Jess was a great server who gave great recommendations. 😀
Food was very good, the service was even better.
Don’t get the tuna, it made my boyfriend and I sick. Overall our dinner was good. But our server seemed like she was over her job.
Before Covid the food here was great. Post Covid is another story altogether.
Apps were bad. the chicken thigh skewers were tiny and dry. Either they were sitting under a heat lamp or were reheated. The Spanish octopus was chewy and tasteless. The ribs where boney with little meat. The tuna wontons were good.
Entrees weren't much better. The walleye special was mushy - I'm guessing it was frozen. The salad entrees were fine as was the fish and chips. The fries with the fish and chips were burnt.
Service was good.
We had an excellent meal at Jim Brady's Ann Arbor on 10/11/21. There were 4 of us catching up on each others lives. Our server, Rayna (?), did an exceptional job! She was friendly and upbeat. She made sure we had everything we needed and even gifted us with a fabulous carrot cake dessert. All of us loved the appetizers and entrees. We will definitely be back!
Good food and nice ambiance. Waiter was very busy so getting his attention was difficult.
We went to visit my son and wanted to treat him to a good dinner. This place has incredible foo and the service was outstanding!!
Watched the first half of the Michigan vs Nebraska game, great jibe, drinks and food. we will back to watch the game in the bar on the "big screen"!
Dinner was fabulous. A real culinary treat from the appetizers to dessert. All delicious !! Service excellent. Our waiter anticipated any need we had. Will be back !
Fantastic experience. Drinks were great, service was excellent. Short rib was super yummy steak was just ok.
Waiter was very attentive. Manager came by our table to make sure everything was ok with our food and experience. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this place.
Great food and service. We sat at the table for 6 on the 3rd floor. Fantastic view of the screens!
A group of friends who gather each year for homecoming went to Jim Brady’s after the game. It was our first time there and we all enjoyed everything about it except the noise level. There was a guy on a Mike somewhere who was very loud over an already loud scene and we couldn’t understand a word he was saying or why. We had to shout to each other to be heard. We otherwise loved everything about the experience.
Great place and convenient to watch the game on big screens
Our experience was marginal. With the good ratings I expected better quality food and service.
The caesars salad had too much dressing. The salmon was not cooked well, although it was a large portion.
The service was scattered and sparse. I understand that staffing is an issue. If the food was better, I would overlook the service. Both were lack luster.
We will try this restaurant in a few months.
Fish Tacos and Bad Axe burger were fantastic! Appetizers, dinner and dessert - all delicious. Service also fabulous. Carrot Cake - ABSOLUTELY BEST EVER! Will be back again - and again.
Sandwiches/burgers were good. Fries were cold. Bartender ignored us middle-agers with disposable income for younger folks that split an app and had one drink. Needs to read the bar better. We still tipped 20% +, but they could have done better keeping our drinks full.
Jes was a great server! Upbeat, knowledgeable about good foods on The menu and spot on with her recommendations! Enjoyed our burgers and fish tacos. Always fun to be with our kids in Ann Arbor especially after a great Win. Go Blue and Go Jim Brady!
The food and service was great! Very enjoyable dinner. Fun staff .
We had a great meal with friends. The food was really good, service was excellent and a great place to watch a game!
Great food and service.
Great cuisine. Loved the outdoor seating. Waitstaff is very friendly and accommodating.
Troy the host was great about getting our large table together! The service was very good and the food was great!
Have the fried chicken sandwich! Best in town!!!
Great as a tavern Not as a 4 1/2 star
But awesome service and people
It took me back to my days of going to the original in Detroit. All our appetizers and mains were spot on.
