Great experience. Birthday celebration and was enjoyable. The scenery was excellent.
Me and 3 of my friends went to JG for brunch. Our experience from the valet to the hostess, to the server Dominique was excellent!! We had thee most amazing cocktails! Literally the best margarita I’ve had in a long time. While looking at the food menu, we decided that we wanted something more “brunch” like as it was just lite finger food. Dominique suggested we go downstairs to Jean George as they had an actual brunch that had just started at 12. We decided to go with that option. Well, that was the wrong choice! We walked downstairs, and were met with the most terrible service! Our server — whom did not introduce himself when we sat down — spilled the bowl of Himalayan salt that was on the table and didn’t clean it up, nor did he change the table settings. We ended up cleaning the salt up! He then asked us if we wanted water, we all said yes. He said: “you want TAP water or bottled water” I have never heard anyone in a restaurant refer to water as “TAP” especially not a place like this! I mean, we are on the 60th floor of the four seasons for Pete’s sake! Anyway he brought out our “TAP” water without ice so it was room temperature! As one of our friends was getting extremely agitated, we tried to stick it out. My other friend decides to order. She asked for chicken parm which came with something she did not want. She asked our waiter if she could substitute it with something else and he just said “NO, No substitutions” I’m thinking he was gonna say there could be a replacement for an up charge but NO! She then asked what the dish came with and he said “whatever’s written on the menu” as if he was tired of explaining the menu! My other friend finally said “what’s your name sir?” He said: “Adam” then he walked off. We decided it was time to go because Adam clearly didn’t want to be at work Sunday so we walked upstairs and told our first server how terrible that experience was and she summoned the manager. JG? Absolutely! Jean George? NO!
We absolutely loved the food, service and ambiance and cannot wait to come back.
The food was fantastic: we had truffle fritters, cheesesteak egg roll & crab avocado toast. They have a reasonably priced Alsatian sparkling wine that I loved, but all cocktails were nice.
The view is amazing! Service impeccable. Food tasty.

Amazing- view is outstanding, service was friendly and on point. Food was excellent - pizzas were beyond
Neat location. A bit pricey.
We ordered a number of small plates and everything was delicious! I really enjoyed the variety of flavors offered on the menu.
Can't beat the view, but the restaurant and lounge are equally as impressive.
The food was very good, service was great -- they even asked us to wait a couple of minutes in order to get a table with a better view.
Beautiful restaurant. The service was way too slow. We waited and waited for drinks. We have eaten downstairs and the service was much better.
Went for our anniversary and every part of our experience was wonderful. Beautiful view, beautiful decor, amazing food, and great drinks
Absolutely beautiful. The ambience and views can't be beat. The staff was very attentive and professional. The food and cocktails were outstanding.
We were celebrating my husband's birthday and all of the staff that greeted us wished him a happy birthday. They made it feel very special.
Service game was not on point. Super slow (10 mins) to our first cocktails despite all the staff standing around. Looked like the entire evening's workload had been dumped on our lovely but overloaded server, who shouldn't have been expected to shoulder the burden of having to service the room alone all by herself. A super disappointing service experience not at all on par with the Four Seasons brand. Really need to step it up -- it's not like you've just opened, people.
Recommending solely on the basis of food quality and extraordinary views (this will only carry you so far in the absence of appropriate service staffing).
The elevator ride alone will take your breath away! And then you step into an exquisite setting to have drinks and small plates with that heavenly view! Everything was excellent! Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable and guided us to the best menu choices. (I wish I could recall his name.) The bartender, Matt, couldn’t have been more attentive! Cocktails were fabulous! Food was fabulous! View was fabulous. Need I go on? You’ve got to go!
Great food and service. Live band during our time there.
This is a must do if you visit Philadelphia. We came in once before on a Saturday. This time for our anniversary we booked a Sunday night. We got an earlier time slot, the team were outstanding and we got a little complimentary glass of sparkling in recognition of the milestone - a lovely touch. Food was incredible, would recommend everything.
The Sky High remains an excellent experience with high quality food and attentive service.
I was very disappointed with the pizza I ordered it was full of grease! And they should not have served it like that period! The service was very slow and we were stuck for time that’s why I didn’t send it back
You will enjoy a great evening!!
As always, the food is great, service is FABULOUS, and of course the views... amazing! I try to go at least 3 times a month cause it's that good.
Phenomenal view of Philadelphia with great food/drinks and wonderful service. Highlight of my trip.
Ambiance is awesome!! Food menu needs tweaking and more items. Portions are small. Fairly bland as well.
We love the ambiance!
My sisters, and I, had a sister date here this past Saturday... and everything was so nice!! Our waitress Megan was amazing, the food & drinks were good, and the restaurant was beautiful!! We definitely will be back soon! ❤️
Outstanding food and service with incredible views of Philadelphia
Great experience very good food friendly service. Been here 3 times so far everyone has enjoyed it. A little pricey but worth the experience and view. Pizza and sliders very good, also the guacamole and burrata plate. Good drinks.
The servers who filled our water and bread were not particularly friendly...but ambience, music, and food were great
A visit to JG SkyHigh starts with a breathtaking glass elevator ride to the 60th floor where the views and amazing fit out of the space alone make this a must Philly experience, but couple that with delightful, attentive service and outstanding cuisine together makes JG SkyHigh the perfect destination for a special occasion dinner..... or even just drinks. Go today, go tonight, just make sure you go!!
It was beautiful. They had red roses everywhere and the view was amazing.
I had an amazing experience and the food was delicious definitely coming back
Beautiful lobby, incredible views, over priced wine. Still worth the experience.
What an amazing time, dinner, and restaurant. Absolutely a great experience. I took my girlfriend for Valentines Day and she loved it!
Small bites in the city
Considering it is the Four Seasons and a top the 60th floor of the Comcast Technology Center, you get what you pay for. The views are amazing! We were seated at a table near the entrance so we didn't have a great view but when we stood it was spectacular. The banquette seating is far too soft and deep for dining so we sat in the chairs. The food, while pricey, was excellent although only one cheesesteak springroll? Come on! The burrata, crab toast and pork satay were very delicious. Drinks, surprisingly, are well priced for the location. We were celebrating and will come back for a special occasion but not as a regular guest.
The view is outstanding and cannot be compared to anything else in Philadelphia. But, incredibly, the service and food quality somehow managed to equally match and complement the view combining for a wonderful experience that I enjoyed 3x in 3 days. Well Done!
Awesome experience, the vibe is cool and relaxing
Lovely casual lunch. It was a Tuesday afternoon and very quiet. The menu items don’t sound interesting but every bite was delicious. The lobster pizza was perfectly cooked with lots of flavor. The burnt ends were great and we really enjoyed the crispy rice trout rolls. The chocolate marshmallow cake was my least favorite though. Not special at all. The deserts at Jean George are so much better. Of course the view and decor are always amazing.
Unfortunately we were seated on the south side where the view is unremarkable, plus a sun screen was lowered which interferes with a clear view. Additionally, an annoying, pesky gnat stayed with us the entire meal.
Otherwise, the food was delicious and the service excellent!
