   When we arrived just before 6pm on a Friday night. There was another couple sitting at the bar eating, and the bartender/server/hostess. She allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit, and brought the menus over. Our server was pleasant, and I had some questions on the menu - she went back to ask the owner/cook and came back with the answers so we could order. We ordered the rum punch, which was very good, and the meals that we ordered were all very tasty. We waited almost an hour for our meals, which was ok as we were engrossed in conversation. However, there were 2 other diners that arrived after we were seated, and one person came in to get a to-go order. Our server mentioned that the meals were delayed because the fish dish was made to order, so that took longer. I think the slower service is part of the culture of the Caribbean, and the restaurant. I would go again, however, I am not sure how long the restaurant will be around.

   Reservations made for 8:30 and arrived to the doors being locked. Staff welcomed us in and explained that because they were slow they were planning on closing?? Food was not good, dry and looked like it had been re-heated on the plates in a microwave on top of the restaurant running out of sides that come with the dishes. Would not return or ever recommend unfortunately.

   We made a reservation and they had no clue about it. We waited 1.5hours for our food to come out. They forgot to make 2 of the dishes and forgot part of the side dishes. The waitress was nice, but disappeared for 30minutes. I went up to the bartender, once to get hot water refill, the second time to ask where our waitress was. We were told that it took so long because they had to bake the fish just right. Little did they know 3 of us at the table are chefs. Fish does not take an hour to cook. We were so excited about this and were so sad this happened. We were the only people in the restaurant the whole 2 or more hours we were there. Plus not one item was comped because of the bad experience. Not even my diet coke.
