After serving a decade in Dutchess, Westchester and Ulster County, owner Gyaljen Nuru Sherpa opened his own authentic Himalayan Restaurant that serves home style cooking with natural herbs from the Top of the World.
Owner Sherpa, who has vast experience in serving and managing a number of restaurants, like to use his skills and knowledge in preparing the most healthy food for our daily diet with low fat and carbohydrates.

Oh my goodness delish!!!
Amazing food and drinks!!
Our second visit to this enjoyable venue, this time with friends in tow... the menu (Indian/Nepalese) is a little foreign to us so it's difficult to make suggestions beyond what we had... the seafood sizzler is very good, but like a mexican fajita... the seafood in curry however was fabulous. Also the chicken vindaloo was great... If uninitiated, I would suggest that medium spice level at most as this cuisine is naturally quite spicy... The desserts were a little a let down (too sweet)... but We loved it and We will return.
