Jetty Bar & Grille

Our most recent visit to The Jetty Bar and Grille was very nice! My wife and I had a Birthday dinner there and it was calm, quiet, comfortable, soothing and very good. This was our first indoor dining experience since the start of the COVID pandemic more than a year ago, and we were at ease because of the attention paid by Jetty management and staff with regard to separation of tables, servers masks, and regular cleaning of the tables and surroundings. Our seafood, chowder and salads were all well prepared and attractively presented. Evening views of the adjoining harbor added to the Jetty’s ambiance. Highly recommended !

My large party had a big table and we were attended too by a great waitress, I felt like I was in someone’s home. So welcoming , beautiful open restaurant, the other tables were socially distanced. The staff didn’t rush us .
The food was top notch. Appetizer was amazing everyone was so happy with their meals. I will be back for sure.

Regretfully, I forget the name of our charming server as he was extraordinary! Perfect blend of knowledge, professionalism and humor. Though the menu could be deemed slim by some, we came away thinking that helps the kitchen team turn out consistently great dishes. We sat outside on a 60 degree evening that grew progressively more chilly and windy during our dining experience. The Jetty team was right there lighting outdoor heaters and ensuring everyone was comfortable and pleased with their dining experience. Highly recommend!

The food and service is always just mediocre..which is too bad since it such a beautiful restaurant with a great view. Maybe new management is needed with an experience in food service

Very enjoyable brunch at Jetty Bar & Grille. Our server, Zack, was super friendly and attentive. All staff were in masks. Food was great, view was lovely. Nice high ceilings and distanced tables. Thanks for making dining in as safe as you can.

Didn’t have several of the drinks listed on the menu. The server informed us the risotto is pre-made, and heated up to serve; although ours came out cold and undercooked ... crunchy chilled risotto for almost $30 is an atrocity. The scallops were good, and well cooked though. The $22 lobster mac’n cheese was also cold, and the noodles undercooked. Not al dente, but still slightly *crunchy* not cool. The lobster was rubbery, and the portion looked like one that would be on a kids menu, not an adult entree at a nice restaurant.
The cocktails they did have were quite tasty and well balanced. The Calamari was quite good! But stay FAR away from the salmon chowder, while that is the one dish that did come out hot, it was disgusting.

Had a reservation at 7 and didn’t get seated for 20-30 minutes after. Food took an hour to come out.

The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Great environment with so much natural light and great views. The menu had a great variety and the price and value were fantastic. I also loved the mimosa bottle item on the menu. Highly recommend for a casual, clean, affordable and bright brunch!

Cod was overcooked and rubbery. Waitstaff was not attentive and never asked how our food was.

Beautiful day in the Pacific Northwest so we sat on the patio.

Food was creative and excellent tasting and very friendly staff - we will definitely go back...

We went to experience a “puffy coat pop up” experience but there was nothing different or creative about the experience an since there was no coverage for outdoor patio and the possibility of rain we had to be indoors-this was our first eating out at a restaurant with Covid so we were terribly anxious to be indoors- but our saving grace was we had booked a 5:00 reservation and there was only 2 other tables were used in the space and we quickly ate and left when the restaurant was filling up with customers.
The food was HEAVILY salted and we had to have 2 dishes returned to kitchen to be remade.
But our server was the shining star who worked hard to ensure our meal and experience was safe and listened and helped get our meals correct quickly. (Don’t remember her name, she was a transplant from NY? And deserves a shoutout for her care and professionalism 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our second trip to Jetty was incredibly disappointing. Slow service. We sat for an hour before our food arrived. Water glass dirty with lipstick. The eggs benedict... terrible. Poached eggs were well done. English muffin raw/not toasted. And fish and chips were incredibly over breaded.

Guests were walking around the restaurant without masks.

We will not return.

Food was great! Wine was excellent. The chefs special for February was excellent.

Nice folks, clean space, good food. Great view of the marina.

Will improve with time. But we are going back. It has potential.

I want to love this place but the service is always terrible. Even before COVID it was terrible. The waitstaff isn't particularly kind and it took a group of 6, 2 hours to get through drinks, apps and lunch.. it's soo frustrating, I don't recommend eating here unless you have a lot of patience....

Made reservations for Valentines Day. It was the perfect location for a romantic date night or any fun occasion. Loved the food, service and atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the risotto. Both cooked perfectly and very delicious. And don’t forget to order a scope of caramel pretzel ice cream. Sounded weird to me but most delicious ice cream I ever tasted. I want more.

The food and service was wonderful. Everything was nicely spread out as well. Can't wait to go back.

Bridgette was our server and she was very friendly & personable. We’ve had her wait on us before and we’ve always had the best service.

Scallop risotto was so good and the Jetty Burger is always a favorite!

Food was cold when it arrived. Took forever to get cold food. After waiting so long, it was just... meh.

Dinner was brought to the table in a timely manner and delicious The service, food, and atmosphere were great.

I noticed that the tables were being cleaned with individual paper towels instead of a dishcloth. I am particular about resturants' cleaning and sanitizing specially during this virus.

I will be making it a point to return soon.

I had a reservation for this restaurant and was on time. However , I waited 16 minutes before I was acknowledged, offered water or had my order taken, after being seated. Then, a fire alarm went off and I watched the staff ignore it but offer the diners no direction about how to respond. Once my food arrived 30 minutes after ordering (just simple soup, grilled sandwiches and salads) the grilled sandwiches and soup were cold, room temp fries, and the "grilled" chicken on the salad was charred. The restaurant offered no apologies after reheating our soup. It took more than an hour for a very simple lunch and the service was not good. Don't waste your time. I won't be going back.

A great find in Everett, set in the new Hotel Indigo near the Naval Station. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was tasty (we went there for Saturday brunch), and the view can't be beaten. Compared to Seattle, prices were affordable.

The negatives: The music was a bit too loud for the room, and for a huge restaurant space we would have preferred a bit more distancing between diners.

to choose from. Gave it an overall 4 because the noise
level is pretty high because of concrete floors and ceilings.

Jetty's was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent and the server Brennan was just a treat. His energy and enthusiasm were very infectious and it made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you.

The food is not bad but not so good for the price. For 3 we spent $122. We got 2 appetizers, calamari and seafood dip. The seafood dip was $18. We also order a beer and a cocktail which were pretty good, fish and chips, 2 orders of fish tacos. For me this is a one time only visit. If I am going to spend that much money I want my food to be excellent. Taco time makes better fish tacos and Ivers makes better fish and chips.

BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT, THE MENU IS VERY LIMITED, AND THE FOOD IS NOT GREAT. I HOPE THIS CHANGES IN THE FUTURE..

The food was really good. We both ordered the chicken salad croissant. Quite yummy. Our waitress was very nice. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.

We've been hanging at the Jetty a lot in the last month and weeks of summer. The wait staff is amazing and always attentive, even to our dog (water and treats). They have delicious mixed drinks and have found the brunch and lunches there to be great.

Chef Andrew is an excellent chef! Everything was prepared perfectly and cooked to my desired temperature. Brennan our server was absolutely fantastic!

Waitress was awesome and there were not many people there!

Great outdoor dining!

The filet mignon was fabulous, the crab cakes were wonderful, the market dinner salad was perfect. In fact all the food was fantastic.
The service was excellent. The overall experience was one we will definitely enjoy again.
5 stars is a rating a bit too conservative.

Great food here in Everett looking forward to our next trip

Drinks were so weird. Many different ingredients that we didn’t know existed in every option. One of us tried one and had to send it back. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular:(
