    We had a very pleasant Thanksgiving dinner šŸ˜€ Staff were great, food delicious, I was very pleased we could make a reservation with only a 2-day notice. I had anticipated a crowded, noisy restaurant and was very happy that there was spacious seating with a pleasant, relaxed ambiance. We'll come next year for sure!! Thank You!!     There was a mix-up on our reservation because we thought we were reserving a table for the Thanksgiving Buffet, and after waiting in line for 20 minutes we were told our reservation was for the Jetty Grill Restaurant... which had advertised the Thanksgiving Buffet. Turns out the Buffet was a separate event, and we were directed to the restaurant in a different area. The restaurant was serving Thanksgiving dinner options, so we were happy with that. Good food, great views, and our server Anne was the perfect blend of being solicitous and leaving us to enjoy our meal. The Restaurant is located inside the Indigo Hotel, and is almost impossible to find without asking someone who works there, because there is little to no interior signage to indicate where the restaurant is located in the building.

    The Staff was attentive, courteous and efficient. The atmosphere was relatively quiet and non-disruptive. The quality of the food was good, but the portions size were not commensurate with the price of a given item. I tried the Jetty Breakfast sandwich which I enjoyed but found it quite small. It was paired with an overload of potatoes. I could have enjoyed a bigger breakfast sandwich and less potatoes. I also sampled a raspberry beignet which again, was very good, all three bites. My granddaughter's breakfast appeared to be a better value; eggs, two sausages, 3 pancakes, potatoes and a fruit cup for $8! I will likely return at some point to sample items from the lunch or dinner menu, I'm hopeful the amount of food will be somewhat larger. Thank you.

    The food was relatively bland and a very small portion for the price. $32 for the pork belly w/farro. They are trying to be very "upscale" but if the food isn't good that won't matter. The pork belly was a large, undercooked, very tough piece of meat. I felt like I needed a steak knife but only had a butter knife. When I first walked in, I thought this would be a great place to come with my husband for a date night, but after eating my lunch, I sadly changed my mind...

    The food was very good. The appetizer was a melted cheese and corn dip served with bread, quite different and delicious. My salmon was perfectly cooked and my husband enjoyed his dinner, also. Not a super fancy place , but pleasant with a nice view.

    First time dining experience at The Jetty. I met a friend for lunch. We were greeted warmly and given the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. The outdoor space was very comfortable after the blaring music was adjusted. My small Caesar salad with steak was perfectly prepared, the steak tender and juicy. although some might have preferred less salad dressing. My friend had the smoked salmon chowder. She gave it two thumbs up but thought the bread crouton was weird. Our server was really great. Definitely will return.

    Always enjoy our meals at the Jetty. Navigated dairy allergy issues without drama. Excellent team service. Inside can be noisy given concrete floors lots of windows and limited acoustic ceilings but conversations can be held. Smoked salmon risotto was rich and delicious. Crab cake app just right to share and pork belly entree also flavorful and filling. We will be back againā€¦

    I took my Son out for lunch on his 24th birthday; we both ordered fish and chips. The fish was fried to perfection (golden, crispy panko-breading with moist, flaky flesh), and the chips were lightly truffle- salted and crispy as well. Jetty Bar and Grill is consistently good, and it is this level of quality and presentation that keeps me coming back. Thank you

    We were on terrace. Had excellent singer. We struggled with buying wine by the glass. They have excellent wines by the bottle and poor choices for by the glass. My choice they were out of the other choice was undrinkable. The appetizer choice is also very limited compared to similar restaurants in Everett area. We like to do multiple appetizers often (clams are very good but would like more options). I ended up having a salad. Iā€™m looking for low card items but my salad was 1/2 salad croutons and about 1/2 cup of corn. We like location but will not go back for now because of menu limitations with other restaurants opening in same location.

    We ordered drinks when we arrived and we never got them until after we got our meals. Our server stated that the bartender was just not making them and she was going to get a manager. Seemed like their was some sort of an issue going on. I have been here several times and never had this happen. I was a bit embarrassed that I brought my parents for the first time and this happened. We received no discount either.

    The fish and chips was amazing! Flank steak, arugula, salad was amazing too. Loved the chocolate torte cake, and the servant was so kind and so very helpful.

    AMAZING SERVICE!! We loved our server, she was fantastic. The food was terrible. The burger bun was soggy, the burger and the flank steak salads were all cooked way past medium rare. Too bad because last time we were there we really loved our food, not sure if we'll come back to eat given the quality this time around.

    Service wouldā€™ve been a 5. Cara was awesome, but the restaurant was obviously short staffed like most. My son liked his $24 indigo burger, then again heā€™s 13. My friend had the filet. He ate only the steak because the sweet potato mash was no different than wallpaper paste, and his plate had more carrots on it than anyone person consume. I had the risotto the shrimp are cooked fine, but the risotto was like eating a bowl of wine. We also got the steamers. A couple of them never opened. The chorizo was dryer and harder than the Sahara desert. We will not be returning.

    The patio dining was lovely on a summer evening. Our food was good but the service was incredibly SLOW. If you go expect to wait a long time for everything, drinks, appetizers main course.

    This was our 2nd attempt at dining here; the first was pretty unfortunate, and we thought that maybe they were just having an ā€˜offā€™ day, so we wanted to give it another shot. I think there is probably severe mismanagement here, and I have to give our server kudos this time, as she was doing her best. That said, both times weā€™ve visited, the hosts were inattentive, non-communicative and pretty rude. They made it seem like anyone checking in was a burden. This time, we waited about 10 minutes after being seated to give our drink order and we were pressured to give our food order as well since they were busy. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and our drinks arrived as we were finishing our food. The food was, both times, not great. Itā€™s unfortunate, as this is a beautiful location and hotel. Stay at the hotel, but Iā€™d recommend trying one of the other restaurants on the waterfront.

    Modern setting near the Everett Marina. Food was average, the menu options seemed small and one of the dishes said it was an Autumn dish. It is currently May, should probably update that. Had a special request to have a low-fat entrƩe and they did not accommodate. For food at that price point, I think a request to not have butter on vegetables and leave off the butter sauce was within reason but the plate looked like all the others. The waitress also pointedly asked the person why they needed to eat low-fat...?! None of their business but it was actually a medical condition that required that. Service was pretty slow but made for leisurely dining, they may be short-staffed? The servers were friendly and they had a really stand-out Ginger Beer drink from the bar that was amazing. It was nice time out but felt it could have been better overall.

    The food was excellent, but the wait staff seemed overworked and our food was slow to arrive. Also it was pretty loud inside. Overall, though, a nice brunch and I would recommend it.

    It was not crowded at all this Saturday evening, so the atmosphere was very nice. I had added a request to be seated by a window, and that worked! We were seated at a window with a nice view of the marina/waterfront. Very attentive efficient service.

    This was my first time going. The restaurant is beautiful and the view is wonderful. The food wasn't great - especially for the price. I ordered a salad and steamers. My salad, was fine - but nothing amazing. My clams had sand in them, so they were not properly cleaned. The service was very slow despite the restaurant not being full.

    My husband and I went for Valentineā€™s Day dinner. - we were seated a half an hour after our reservation. - we tried to get a drink at the bar while we waited but was ignored - when i finally got a cocktail drink, it was warm and garnished with inedible flowers - after being seated, we waited half an hour for someone to take our order - there was someone running all the food and drinks who did not know which table ordered what, so they had to go to each table carrying food asking what they ordered - our soda and wine took a half an hour after we ordered to arrive - our food took an additional half hour, and when it did arrive, they were cold. - we saw the kitchen staff on their phones after the hostess said they were ā€œbacked-upā€

    The first issue was that our table was broken. They were short wait staff, so our server was overloaded with tables, yet she handled it with grace. My husband's meal of chowder and burger was fantastic. My meal of salad and salmon was the worst I ever had. Salad was lacking ingredients listed on the menu. Salmon was encrusted with super salty seasonings that ruined a great piece of fish. The faro was too hard to eat, and the green beans tasted old. Super disappointed.

    My family went on New Yearā€™s Eve got a reservation same day. Food and service was excellent. Great view of water. Always wanted to try it glad we finally did. It is a little expensive but when you are getting quality ingredients it is worth it. Will be back again!

    New Years Eve dinner, Special menu: my appetizer was very good, pork belly wrapped in puff pastry with cherry compote. Dinner I chose stuffed shrimp, thought they would be large, but they were small and also wrapped in a pastry- didnā€™t know that or what they were stuffed with. Dessert was either Key Lime tart or pumpkin mousse tart. You got 2 the size of a quartet- really! I chose the lime and my husband chose pumpkin, which was inedible. Service was just OK.

    Wow. Just wow. I am so sad to leave a bad review because this place has the potential to be so good. What a great location. Beautiful building. Sadly, that's where it ends. Just an awful - I mean awful server. Pompous. Seemed bothered to fill water. Saw her a total of four times. The manager seemed helpful. But at the end of the day, he wasn't. Food: Salmon Caesar was good The fish and fries were very good. However, the coleslaw was just shredded cabbage. Nothing else. Salmon chowder was very good. Clams came out cold. The restaurant couldn't be bothered to correct their mistakes or hear feedback in the moment.

    On Saturday, December 3, my date and I had a fabulous time!! The service was incredible, the food was fantastic and overall we had a great time! We decided to go for lunch on Monday, December 5 and the experience was horrible. The waitress wouldnā€™t look us in the eyes, she barely stood in front of us long enough to take our order, she visited tables close by us but never came to our table to check on us or look over our wayI had to get up and fill out water glasses and when she finally came over I told her that and she filled them to the rim even though I all ready told her I filled them!! I would have understood if the place was busy but it wasnā€™t! My date and I could only think we received the horrible service as we are a gay couple. Very disappointing as the food is incredible but due to the service for lunch, Iā€™m not sure I will return šŸ˜”
