Very neat concept restaurant however they have some work to do to stand up to the menu and vibe they advertise.
The ambiance and service is great. The menu is creative with fun options.
We enjoyed our breakfast of bagel with lox, oatmeal with strawberries and nuts, and eggs Benedict with ham.
The Alaskan Cod Fish and Chips are one of our favorite items at Jetty Bar consistently crispy batter and tasty fish! The Cedar-smoked Salmon was prepared perfectly, and our drinks (Indigo - gin based with grapefruit and Seaworthy - tequila based with watermelon and basil) were quenching and delicious!
Favorite within the Everett Waterfront complex. 3rd visit. Service always excellent. Food preparation consistently very good. Only downside is the sound design. Concrete floors and limited sound baffling make the restaurant louder than crowd size would suggest. Weather permitting we ask to eat outside on patio. Better view, much quieter but can be breezy so come prepared! Bacon infused bourbon old fashioned an interesting special cocktail, watermelon salad a nice summertime starter. Crab cakes were enough for spouses main dish, cedar plank roasted salmon excellent. Will be coming back.
The staff was very slow at everything. You might want to ask for your check as you begin eating so you don’t have to wait so long after your meal. We were supposed to receive the soup before the mains, but it all arrived at once - without the drink and tartar sauce. We had to ask for both and wait while the food cooled.
The food was…ok. I expected more. The salmon was WAY too salty. The fish and chips were served with a sweet tartar sauce, definitely not to my liking. The truffle fries were blah. Nothing stood out as amazing. It is regrettable as it had the potential to be fantastic!
I always have a lovely time at Jetty! The waitstaff are wonderful! And, food is fantastic!
Cara is a SUPERB wait person. The food was yummy. The drinks are good also. We sat outside by the Marina.
The food was ok, and the all glass walls made for a nice view, but the restaurant lacks any personality at all, either in its menu, presentation, staff or approach to dining. It's a perfectly OK place to eat if you are staying at the hotel and don't really want to venture out, but it is NOT a destination dining experience.
The service was extremely slow. The food was over cooked and cold. We also had to ask for more water twice and our alcohol drinks were very slow in coming.
I was there a month ago and it was fantastic so something has changed. I think management needs to monitor better. Hostess was delightful!!
Food and ambience was good. However I think because of staffing, service was so slow and we were missing some food that came with the order ie toast. They need more servers and probably chefs but I guess due to pandemic it’s difficult to hire.
Our server did the best he could to provide great service. Thank you
Went for brunch. Service was excellent.
I don't know if they were short on staff, but the wait for food, water, the bill all took very long. The server was really nice, there were just moments when we felt like we were waiting forever for things.
The kitchen was understaffed and we had to wait over an hour for our food. Other tables around us were seated after us received their food, ate and left before our food arrived. When we spoke to the manager he decreased the mandatory tip built into our tab from 22% to 20%. Not happy and won’t be going back.
This restaurant is the redeeming quality to a mediocre hotel experience.
Read reviews before going and was hoping for the best- what we got was beyond expectation! We DID make reservations, this place was swamped, definitely short-staffed due to the pandemic. Not only was the hostess delightful, but she was accommodating! Very friendly staff! Alexander our waiter was such amazing relief after a not-so great start with rude hotel front desk staff.
The food did take a while, I think we waited 40minutes, however our waters/drinks stayed full and we were continuing to stay informed. Food came- WOW! Best filet I’ve had in a while and 8oz which was worth the price tag, cooked perfect. We went back the next morning for a yummy eggs Benedict breakfast and mimosa! Justin our waiter was very attentive and friendly as well. Advice for hotel- send a few restaurant staff to the hotel front desk for some real genuine, friendly staff and service! ;-)
We had higher expectations. Restaurant & Bar were both extremely noisy, partly due to bad acoustics, the other to many children. Food was adequate, my Crab Mac n Cheese was missing the Crab (only 5 small pieces total). My wife's Fish Tacos were average. My son enjoyed his burger although fries wee subpar.
Service was OK....nothing special. Definitely did not feel food was worth the price.
Our favorite place! Even when they are super busy all the servers, and other employees always have a smile on their face. They can also read our table well. We are fun and sarcastic and they cater to that!
We had to wait about 10 minutes for the hostess to even check us in for our 7pm reservation. And then when she did, we were told she “still had 4 minutes” for the 7pm reservation group. What? Then we waited an additional 10 minutes before we were seated. Our waitress was great and give her a high rating. She was apologetic for the wait, thanked us, was funny and informative about the menu. The food was average. We had the calamari, fish tacos and their special of the day which was the soft shell crab sandwich. For a hotel restaurant, not bad. But doubt we will go back.
The food is over priced and the drinks as well. There is a limited beer choice. The staff was stand off and cold. The area where we sat had kids that were screaming.
Once we finished eating, it took about 45 mins to get our check and then get our cards back after we paid. Our check was over $400 and I would have really appreciated more prompt service.
The Indigo Burger with the regular fries. You can't go wrong.
We dined here a couple times when out of town guests were staying at hotel.
Both times our server didn't notify us of menu items that were not available until after we chose them. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know up front.
Thanks for ruining our Father’s Day dinner! We arrived on time for a 6:30 reservation and weren’t seated until 6:40–which is fine. It took another 18 minutes for a server to come and offer us water and drinks. We should have been tipped off when we kept seeing other tables leaving without eating anything. Between 6:45 and 8:05 our dinner still hadn’t come. Our order consisted of burgers, a salad, and fish and chips—-nothing that should take long to cook. I had 3 kids with me and they really couldn’t wait any longer. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant without eating…a totally horrible experience that ruined our Father’s Day. This restaurant has no business being open…which is a shame because it is a really pretty restaurant. Don’t waste your time, unless you’ve got hours to wait to eat.
Honestly would not recommend this place at all if you have children. We were there for Father’s Day and they had two highchairs allotted to the entire restaurant, both of which of course were taken by the time we got seated. On top of having to hold my baby the entire time, the service was awful. I wouldn’t even bother making a reservation as they won’t care either way, even though we had a reservation we weren’t seated until close to an hour after that time frame. On top of this it took close to 20 minutes to even get water because the servers weren’t notified that we were seated and didn’t know who was in charge of our table. The fish and chips, had a few flakes of very fishy cod, super dry and the reminder was just a thick, bland breading. Easily the worst fish and chips that I’ve had. The Indigo burger was over cooked and the pork belly was soggy, overall I would suggest skipping this place all together. They need more experienced staff all the way around for what they are trying to charge.
The food quality was not great and really expensive, burger was extremely over cooked, and we sent some back but were still charged full price. For a $200 meal we all left feeling pretty unsatisfied with quality. On a positive note, it had a beautiful view and waitstaff was kind.
The menu was very limited. It took too long to get our food and my omelet wasn't that good and it was very small. Overpriced!
Tasty food and great service. Will definitely go back !
Very nice place, food was great, the view was awesome!!
Jetty is a nice, mellow place with good food, good service and a beautiful view. Very nice for a girlfriend lunch or business meeting.
Very overpriced for the portions. Also just not very flavorful. Beautiful venue, though!
Great views even from the back of the seating area. I have the Everett Bloody Mary. It was amazing. The coffee was great, strong and delicious. Prices were not spendy. We will be back.
The food was very flavorful and satisfying. The location was clean, and there was good separation between tables. There's accommodation for dining both indoors and outdoors, and the view is great with a look at part of the boats docked in the marina and the water feature/splash park nearby. My cocktail was priced well and was delicious. I've heard their brunch is really yummy too, but I haven't experienced that yet.
Was delis. Great outdoor seating. Recommend 10/10
Food was terrible…
Friends were visiting from San Diego. We met for brunch, it was delicious! Staff were kind, helpful and prompt. I’ll be back!
Waited a long time before we were acknowledged. French onion soup was spicy and did not seem to be in beef broth (color was red). Poke had no flavor and did not have a bright salmon color. Crab cake was good but pricey for one patty.
Our first time at this nice new area of the Everett waterfront. The restaurant has so much potential, great location, views from indoors and out. There were some interesting choices on the menu. For the most part, food was good. (Truffle fries were outstanding!) But the crabcake was just mediocre, seemed like it had alot of fillers. Same with lobster mac & cheese, not much lobster and it was VERY soupy. The most disappointing was the calamari which was chewy?! it should be crispy and light. Our waiter was great, but the front of house was lacking in service. We checked in to our reservation and requested outside seating. There were at least 3 empty tables we could see out on the patio. Hostess told us she couldn't leave her station to go see if the tables were clean for us, but didn't say when she would do this. So we stood nearby and waited (as more parties arrived). When I asked again it was clear she had forgotten all about us (even though we were within sight of her the whole time), she asked if we had a reservation. We said yes 15 minutes ago and we want to sit outside! She said reservations are just for inside seating. We finally asked the manager when he walked by, and we were finally able to be seated outside. When we asked him what the delay was, he said the waitstaff needed to "catch up." Well, why not seat us and let us order drinks while we wait? Anyway, they just need to iron out some of this and it will be great spot with a nice view of the marina.
It took quite a while to get our drinks, even though it was not very busy. Our server was attentive.
Love the area. Located on a beautiful marina. Most tables have a great view.
Had a great lunch on outside patio, a bit chilly but we had a great time. We’ll be back!
