    Absolutely the best meal and experience ever. The chef and restaurant goes out of their way to surprise you with the innovation, service and incredible food and presentation. Not to be missed and worth every penny. We detoured from our flight plans to Europe just to stop over one night and eat here.

    This might not be your kind of restaurant or food (such as my case), but you should take it as a one time only culinary art experience. I’m very happy with my experience, and the service was impeccable!

    Just an incredible dining experience. Amazing tasting menu with creative presentation. Loved Valentine and his dry sense of humor. We were in town for the F1 race and will now make this a regular dinner stop when we we are in Montreal! Just make sure you walk in hungry! Everything was 5 star!

    If you are looking for an unparalleled experience this is the place to go. This was the second time I have had the pleasure of visiting from out of town. Last time I was a guest of someone. This time I brought my son back to show him what the best is like. And they didn’t disappoint.

    The food was delicious and magnificently prepared. It was a treat to eat each course. The staff were very attentive and extremely friendly. Everyone there, customers and staff seemed to be having fun. The lobster cappuccino, arctic char, lobster tail, and sugar shack were my favorites, but each dish was wonderful.
