   Our experience was very good but the service was a bit off not as stellar as it could have been and the person who gave us our check to be paid not our waiter was impatient with us and rude when we asked about the tax system here and were figuring out the conversion rate as it’s our first time in Montreal. It left a bad taste after a wonderful meal. Also the sommelier made us feel awkward about returning a drink that wasn’t to our liking.

   Je crois il faut avoir l'estomac vide quand on y vas car malgre les petites entres et certaines plus consistante car a la fin avec les desserts on en ressort "bourre" :). Une petite marche est necessaire par la suite. Merci pour les belles devouvertes gastronomiques.

   Nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et nous avons passé un super moment. Du début jusqu’à la fin, les plats étaient aussi bons les uns que les autres ! Nous avons également échangé avec le personnel ce qui a dynamisé la soirée. Une équipe organisée et souriante, un vrai plaisir ! Nous avons surtout apprécié les mises en scène des plats et les attentions tout le long du repas (chocolats, gourmandises, l’huile à l’homard du chef, etc). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

   One of the finer tasting menu I ever had. The taste and quality were Michelin star level. The presentation was unique and beautifully done. The little touches along the dinner made you feel special. I am definitely coming back if I go to Montreal again. Thank you for a great experience.

   Amazing experience through and through, if this were a restaurant in NYC it would easily be a 2 or 3 Michelin star restaurant. There was not a single dish that felt like a miss to us, and overall the meal was just a ton of fun, from the mystery glass of wine to the walk through to the biscuit room before dessert. Service was also fantastic at every step of the way, and while it’s clearly a high end restaurant at no point did the experience feel stuffy or the staff feel pretentious. I definitely cannot wait to return.

    Festin anniversaire 8 services: excellent! Présentation originale des différents plats, omble chevalier et macreuse de bœuf succulents! Service attentionné! Promenade à la cabane à sucre originale! Bref, une expérience inoubliable! Merci à toute l’équipe!
