    Excellent Food quality, we loved the creativity and innovation. Service was exceptional, a truly wonderful experience. There is definitely value given with the amount of courses and side offerings. Worth a repeat visit.

    Came in for lunch. Was expecting a great experience. However our waiter was the most unfriendly and didn’t make the experience enjoyable. Also the oil bowl for the bread had a chip, my husbands beef check a big piece of fat, the table was never cleared for crumbs in between courses and had to call waiter to pour wine. Definitely not the same Michelin Star experience we have experienced in Spain and the United States. Might have been an off day. But being friendly and nice is not very hard.

    7 of us was there on 5/16 , Restaurant was very busy at that night . Table setting was very simple (no white table cloth） . Feel like eating at a diner , food as usually good , but no surprises , took us four hours to finish the dinner . I had mentioned 3 of us are celebrating birthday to the waiter. However, at the end of it, no birthday candles no birthday cake nothing。 I don’t think we will go back again.

    Tellement heureuse d’apprendre que le restaurant Européa de Jérôme Ferrer a obtenu une étoile Michelin aujourd’hui — une reconnaissance plus que méritée. Chaque fois que j’y ai dîné, ça a été une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Des plats d’une précision et d’une créativité exceptionnelles, un service irréprochable, une ambiance élégante mais chaleureuse… tout était pensé dans les moindres détails. On sent la passion dans chaque assiette. Jérôme Ferrer réussit à sublimer la tradition française avec une touche moderne unique et une grande finesse. Bravo à toute l’équipe. Cette étoile est bien plus qu’une récompense : c’est le reflet de l’amour, du travail et de l’excellence que vous mettez dans chaque moment vécu chez vous. Fière d’avoir un tel joyau ici à Montréal.
