    7 of us was there on 5/16 , Restaurant was very busy at that night . Table setting was very simple (no white table cloth） . Feel like eating at a diner , food as usually good , but no surprises , took us four hours to finish the dinner . I had mentioned 3 of us are celebrating birthday to the waiter. However, at the end of it, no birthday candles no birthday cake nothing。 I don’t think we will go back again.

    Tellement heureuse d’apprendre que le restaurant Européa de Jérôme Ferrer a obtenu une étoile Michelin aujourd’hui — une reconnaissance plus que méritée. Chaque fois que j’y ai dîné, ça a été une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Des plats d’une précision et d’une créativité exceptionnelles, un service irréprochable, une ambiance élégante mais chaleureuse… tout était pensé dans les moindres détails. On sent la passion dans chaque assiette. Jérôme Ferrer réussit à sublimer la tradition française avec une touche moderne unique et une grande finesse. Bravo à toute l’équipe. Cette étoile est bien plus qu’une récompense : c’est le reflet de l’amour, du travail et de l’excellence que vous mettez dans chaque moment vécu chez vous. Fière d’avoir un tel joyau ici à Montréal.

    From the moment we arrived the experience was magical. The food is beyond explanation, the service flawless including the sommelier, and the environment is truly inspiring. A special hug to our friend Guilbo. Thank you Valentin for taking such good care of us. Already looking forward to our next visit.
