   This location was closed, nobody notified us. We drove to the secondary location, and nobody said anything about our reservation. We never got our deposit money applied to bill

   Just a terrible experience! Starts with no where to park. Then bad customer service from the start. No welcome, hello, after three employees walked past me standing at the wait to be seated sign a good 5 minutes. Then one of the employees had to throw something away and didn’t say excuse me also, no hello or welcome to throw something in the trash. She did not go around me, but went in front of me to toss something in the trash. Literally 3 inches away from me and my clothing. Finally the manager said hello and we will be with your shortly (this is to be expected when going to any place of business). Still waiting to be seated another 5-7 mins. Finally a table is ready but I decided not to stay and this point but try to get my food to go but that took another 8-10 mins. They keep asking me to stay and I said No. they asked 4 times. No means NO! I should not have to repeat that NO. Another turn off. I had, had it with all the bad costumer service. I said: please just refund my reservation money $25 for making a reservation and I will go. They did try finally to make up for it by offering me food but I didn’t get a good vibe or feeling and passed on the offer. I travel the world and dine out all the time and bad costumer service is a pet peeve and annoyance of mine. I was completely TURNED OFF! If the evening is starting that way I am not interested to find out how it will end. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Dear Jerk at Nite Please work on customer service skills. There are too many people working here for such poor service. Anyone working there should say to any customer. Hello, welcome to Jerk at Nite, someone will be with you shortly with a smile. This is how you invite people in and keep them coming back.

   I really enjoyed the experience. The food was great. Our server was very attentive albeit busy. The food is by far the best feature of the restaurant. The restaurant is kind of off the beaten path and is probably best for late night bites if you want great food. We went earlier in the day (7pm) and it was cool. But the ambiance definitely is giving late night, late date vibes. I like it and will definitely go back.

   Great food and service! The food was was amazing and rum punch was good. I enjoyed and I will be back! Best Jamaican restaurant in DC!

   It was my first time trying out Jerk At Nite and it definitely won’t be my last! The food and service was amazing. I also loved the reggae music mix playing in the restaurant. The dine-in experience was so top-tier!

   The Jerk wings, rasta pasta and rum punch were tasty. The ambiance is nice, however its very small so I see why reservations are required for dining in. Parking in the area sucks. "No parking" signs are posted in most areas. The customer service needs improvement. Overall, my take out experience was better than my dine-in experience.
