Overall, Jerico’s was disappointing. The food was good but the quality didn’t match the prices attached. Dinner for 2 people w/o alcohol, a $90 bill should have had better quality and atmosphere attached. Though I enjoyed the bacon wrapped shrimp, it was quite salty. The water glasses were really small and the dinnerware was not what you expect a steakhouse to be using (again, price attached) The atmosphere was quite strange. There was no music playing and it get really quiet and awkward hearing conversation from the table next to you too easily. We had a lovely server who was attentive and so polite. The hostess was kind but I noticed many servers just standing around back by the bar, which is so low and constructed strangely. The bar had a cool wall covered in wine bottles, however, their alcohol selections were laid all over the counter like a college party. They need to invest in shelves to display their bottles and make it look a little more professional. Overall-good food, overpriced, kind staff, strange atmosphere, & won’t be a place to return to.
very nice waitress
Men’s bathroom was very dirty. The dining area could use some updating. Food was very good.
Michelle was Great. Iiiiugugijihyguhighgjgybubyhihhhkbj
The host was friendly and had our table ready. The wait staff was very slow from the beginning. Our reservations were at 6 and we did not get our food until well after 7 pm. Unfortunately it was over cooked. Very disappointing. I have been here before when it has been busy but to wait that long and then have over cooked meals was a bummer.
Jerico's is our go-to place for special occasions, or just when we want a great meal. The service always makes you feel special. We have never been disappointed with the food.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Mothers Day EXPERIENCE, we could hear each other, the service was
So good! Thank-you!
Our waitress was awesome and the food was great.
We had a great Mother’s Day lunch.
Everything’s was great , table was ready when we arrived , staff was friendly and food and drink great as usual
Excellent food and great service...The prime rib was delicious and the huge piece of coconut pie was exceptional.
great food and wonderful service!
Loved the throwback atmosphere of Jerico’s. Our server Kim had pulled a double shift the night we were there but it did not affect the excellent service that she gave to us. Omaha steaks were oh my delicious. My friend had a filet and I had a petite sirloin. Desserts are homemade. Go for the banana cream pie. It will make you smile!
This was our first time to Jericos for a Masters degree graduation celebration. It took 45 minutes to get our cocktails, just as we were finishing our salads. In a party of 5 our salads did not come out together, were never offered a second drink. My $40 filet was marginal with little flavor as was the chicken. The waitress kept saying she had only been there 2 months. Never saw a manager roaming tables checking on customers. A disappointed ending to a great day.
We celebrated a UNO graduation with family. Food was delicious.
We love Jerico’s. The early bird special is s terrific bargain but it’s so popular the place was packed on Sunday night. That’s why we always get a reservation on Open Table. Suzanne is a terrific server—friendly and helpful. Husband loves the ground sirloin special and I prefer the prime on rye with au jus. The homemade soup is delicious and it comes with salad and baked potatoes. So always plenty for a meal next day. Leave room for the home made pies. Banana cream is great as are the ice cream based drinks.
Our waitress was very attentive to our needs until we had been waiting about 30-40 minutes for our food. We had to ask what the wait was, she explained there was a large order from the banquet room ahead of our order and that our order would be out soon. They did provide complimentary dessert or beverage for our inconvenience. Ambiance was poor because our table was directly outside the kitchen-cooking area; NO door covering on this area was a big bummer for our birthday celebration dinner. Next time I will ask to be seated away from the kitchen area. Great food and amazing desserts!!
It was very busy that night and we did have to wait for about an hour for our food but worth the wait. Our waitress was wonderful and felt terrible about tbe wait but she was very attentive and gave us a free cheesecake and chocolate cake that was amazing. Still an amazing place to eat.
Ordered an appetizer didn’t get it food wasn’t that grwat
Our waitress, Marcy was outstanding as well as the meal, thanks.

Loved the old style feel to this restaurant. My brother loved this restaurant and we went there to feel closer to him as he has passed.
I have never had a bad experience at Jerico's. It is my go-to place for special occasions and when I have visitors from out-of-town. The service is excellent-always attentive. We had steak and lamb chops this time. Both were cooked as ordered and were great. The wine and liquor selection is also excellent.
Prime rid was not my favorite. It lacked in flavor. The juice was very bland. I had to add salt and pepper for some flavor. Blackened porterhouse is delicious. That's what I will be getting next time.
Great place to go for dinner! Our server was outstanding! We will definitely go back again.
Went here for a family celebration. Our waitress was new but super kind and accommodating! The food was good but nothing special in presentation. It’s an old School steakhouse so that’s what you are going to get, but...quality food and service :) Loved it!
This was our second visit in two weeks! Everything was great! Food was very good, and I believe our server was Bobbie and she was terrific!! It was my wife's birthday and the complimentary dessert was wonderful!! She picked the strawberry cheesecake and will likely order again!Very pleasant experience, and will definitely return!!
We are passing through Omaha on the way to Colorado and wanted a regular Omaha steak house (nothing too fancy). This was perfect! It's in a little strip mall next to the highway, has a lovely vintage 70s feel, and everything we ate was delicious. I had the filet, the hubs had prime rib, one of the kids had quail. Recommended!
Very good prime rib as always. Side dishes and drinks perfect as well. Well done!
Absolutely terrific food & service each time we dine here. Never had a bad meal. I love this place!
This was the first time for my husband and I. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very intimate. The hostess was very sweet and we received excellent service from our server. If you want to have a date night, I highly recommend Jerico’s. But make sure you make a reservation first! 😊
Service and the food was very good. We were not rushed and could not have enjoyed the dining experience better. Not to mention the reasonable prices.
Food was delicious, and our server was really on top of it.
We enjoyed our evening at Jerico’s. We requested a quite table online and they sat us in peaceful corner where we could have good conversation. The food was excellent and the server was delightful. We plan to make it a frequent stop in our future.
Sunday early bird special (4:30) - had the Prime Rib with Prime Rib Chili, Salad, Bread, Baked Potato, and Coffee. All included in the meal. Prime rib was the best I ever had.
We keep returning to Jerico's because the service from Bobbi, Michelle, and Helen is superior. The prime is super, and I love the top sirloin. Best coconut creme pie in town.

This is a regular stop for us. We have been going here since we moved to Omaha. It reminds us of an 'old school' type restaurant. We love the prime rib, service and low noise levels.
Prim rib was great...I had quite ordering Prim rib because most places it’s not good I will definitely get it again at Jerico’s. The best dining experience I have had in a while.
We had never been to Jerico's before but we will definitely be back! It was recommended by a friend. The location was surprising, it is located in a strip mall. From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The décor was definitely old school kind of like going back in the 60's. (Think Madmen) The service was impeccable. The meal was amazing. We started out with old fashion drinks...a Manhattan and a Gin gimlet...Escargo was the appetizer then my husband had a Ribeye steak and I had the filet and lobster. The steaks were cooked as we ordered. The baked potatoes were freshly baked. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. After dinner our waitress showed up with a crème de menth float on the house for us because she heard us talking about it being our anniversary. Jerico's is our new favorite in Omaha. We aren't going to wait until our next anniversary...we're thinking monthly now:-)
For all of the recommendations that I received about Jerico's I thought that it was over priced for the value of the food.
