Great food! Great service!! Great drinks! Great desserts!!!
Jericho’s early bird special is an excellent choice if you want good and plentiful food and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It’s been our go/to place for decades. Suzanna is a big part of what makes it special for us. She knows us and accommodates our special preferences for the executive prime rib—she’s friendly but not pushy and makes our experience so enjoyable.
Price was a bit high but excellent quality. We may try the early bird special that has reduced prices in the future.
Timely sitting and excellent waitress. Many menu choices. Food was good but not outstanding. Steaks were not flavored.
It's one of those times where we likely should not have gone on a busy night. My boyfriend and I went to Jerico's for the first time on NYE. Thankfully our reservation at 7:15 allowed plenty of time to get to our next destination in time because the service was SLOW. We finally paid our bill just shy of 9pm. The food was poor. My boyfriend ordered the NY Strip, cooked medium. He noticed it was more rare than he would have liked and about halfway through, he noticed the steak was almost completely RARE. It was brought to our servers attention. She said, "Oh, that is rare" and asked if he would like a new one. Under our time restraint, he said no. She took his plate, threw it away and nothing else was said. We aren't ones to complain and look for a free meal, but had we wanted uncooked food, we would've gone to a sushi place. Busy or not, your kitchen and service should still be able to run at top notch. Especially when your patrons are paying good money, for a good meal. I've heard good things about Jerico's, but unfortunately our first time was a complete bust.
had a great New Year's Eve dinner - Food was excellent and drinks were nice.
We shall for sure go here again.
Outstanding brought an army buddy to dinner and conversation great choice
We 3 friends decided to have an early New Years and rekindle memories. 2 of us had early bird coconut shrimp. The other had a steak which had a lot of grissel and unable to eat. The waitress apologized and didn’t charge her and said she should have spoken up. She proceeded to serve us a piece of banana cream pie. Don’t remember her name but she took care of the situation professionally. Hats off to her! We will return 😊
Wonderful neighborhood restaurant which has many regular visitors. The prime rib is great, I would say it is perfectly cooked choice cuts. Still very flavorful at a reasonable price. The side dishes are superb! And there is a plenty of non-beef dishes that are very tastefully prepared.
The wait staff is the best and will take good care of you!
The deserts are wonderful!
Early family Christmas
Reservations are a work in when larger side of the restaurant is booked up for huge parties.
They have Great Prime Rib!! And Steaks as well!
The cocktails are made the old school way--Great!
As usual, they did another great job of service and preparing the meals. We had prime rib and pork chops. Both were cooked to our needs and tasted as well. Michelle did an excellent job. We will be back.
Order wasn't cooked right. Was a little grossed out seeing the salad out in the open as I walked to the bathroom. Weird. Decided to order something else when I saw that. My steak was undercooked and my husband's was overcooked and dry.
My husband and I went for our anniversary, and it was the first time there for both of us. We liked the surroundings, not too dark (I hate not being able to read a menu!). It was quiet, we could chat easily. Nice menu choices. Our server was very good. One complaint - my husband ordered a RARE filet. It arrived more medium, but he didn't complain or send back. Next time he will make sure they understand rare. All in all, we were happy with our visit there, and are already thinking about returning.
I u sed to go to this restaurant when I lived in Omaha in the 80's and was always good - they had a great prime rib sandwich. So, I order the 1/2 size prime rib sandwich for $14.00 and got a 1/2 sandwich with about 4 to 5 oz. of pieces of prime rib. I travel and appreciate good food and I'm not a picky person, but I was disappointed. My business associate had the day special of a chicken and thought the chicken was tough like it had over microwaved....
The meal was ok. The price was high for what we got. My Ribeye steak was about 1/2 inch thick. My wife's prime rib was very fatty. She ate about 2/3 of it for that reason. The fried mushrooms we're wonderful. The ranch seems homemade. My daughter (4 y/o) had chicken strips and chips.
Service and food are always excellent. We enjoyed everything we ordered, wine and entrees!
Food is good but too expensive to take a family there.
Best prime rib, filet, and lobster in town.
Excellent on thanksgiving
Great Prime Rib and my friend had the Quail. Both excellent
I think the place is great! Been back many times, prime rib the best!
The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. If you go for the early bird special, the deals are amazing!
My first time there. Took my parents for early bird special. It was more food than we could eat. Taking in-laws next time.
We went for a date night at 9:00. The food and service was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We loved the variety of foods and drinks to chose from. We had prime rib and crab legs. They were both very good and the au jus was excellent—not too salty, just perfect— and the appetizer (bacon wrapped shrimp) was wonderful. We will be back.
A pleasure as always
Ok service very good
Highly recommend. Best steak I've had in Omaha in several years. Only downside was that one member of our party had a prime rib that was less than satisfactory, but the meal was removed from the bill. The 'ambiance' was not the best, we were seated less than 10 feet from the kitchen and the two doors for in and out. Good draft beer selection. All in all, a most satisfactory experience.
Arrived with my wife and cousin and received cordially and had an excellent gin Martini and served the way I requested. The dinner experience was excellent in anyway it could be measured. The ambience was such that we stayed long after our dinner was completed.
Our server Bobbie was fantastic, prime rib very good and cooked perfectly. The soups great ! Best Early Bird menu around.
Everything was great, prime rib, baked potato and salad. The only thing that was needed was either a bigger plate or another small plate for the baked potato. It's probably a little pricey for everyday dining, but a real nice place for a quiet dinner.
Great steaks, great wine, yummy ice cream cocktail. Pinpoints participant a plus
We arrived early, but still were seated right away. lkw
Jericho's is one of the older Omaha steakhouses I've been meaning to get to. It has a comfortable atmosphere suitable for family gathering or date night. Service was prompt and friendly. Boyfriend said his filet was the best he's ever eaten!
Omaha classic and my go to when I want prime rib. Great retro vibe and I am ready for Frank Sinatra to stroll in through the door.
Great Prime rib
Service was great. Food was not the best in a city known for great food. The men had beef while the women had fish. The fish was better than the beef.
Jerico's never fails to provide a great evening with wonderful food, a nice quiet ambience and great service. They also have delicious desserts!
Always a treat to eat at Jerico’s. Bobbi is an excellent waitress and all of our food was great!
