Jep's Chef House, formally known as Preservation Kitchen, serving many of the same favorite menu items while bringing in foods from around the world! Owner and executive chef Jep Coop says, 'we are a house of chefs, each with their own specialty. In this house we work together as a team'. The menu offers American traditional, Thai, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisines. Located in historic downtown Bothell is the 1916 Kaysner Estate. The building was originally home to the mayor of Bothell. Bricks, salvaged from Bothell Way were used to build a garage on the property. The back dining room at Jep's Chef House was once the garage and the bricks are still visible.
