Awesome experience from the moment we walked in the door. The hostess was very thorough and kept us in the loop to win. Our table will be ready. It was during the Jacksonville beach Christmas chair tree lighting and the restaurant was busy. But service was amazing and food was great!

Good for what it is - a brewpub that serves pub grub. Sat in the upstairs dining room on a Sunday evening after football, and only had one server working the whole upstairs and patio area. Wouldn’t do a special occasion here, but for beer and light food, it’s really good.

My experience was absolutely incredible. Love the food and atmosphere. 10/10 recommend sitting on the second floor balcony. Beautiful view sunset into night time. Great photo spot! The Brewery Steak is DIVINE and so are their cosmo naut drinks.

The crawfish hush puppies were good but were a bit on the salty side. My husband had the jerk pork sliders and the pork was quite dry and was very spicy (my husband likes heat). The smashburger was great except it's not what I would call a smashburger as the edges were not buttery nor crisp. I would just call it a burger. Also, one bathroom per sex for a restaurant of this size downstairs is insane.

What a disappointing experience… We made reservations for our family to eat at Jekyll Island Brewing for Father’s Day. When we arrived for our 7:15pm reservation, we were told that the kitchen had just decided to close because it was a busy day. They would not seat us or honor our reservation. Additionally, they did not have a manager speak with us, inform us in advance of arriving or paying for parking, or remedy the issue in any other way. Very poor customer service and a ruined experience when it was meant to be a celebration.

I will not return, in fact left after waiting over an hour to order so we do not have any idea if the food was any good. Talked to two servers and what we thought was the GM and still no service except our drink. I had their house whiskey which came with 3 ice cubes the size of a nickel and maybe a half shot. Terrible

The food and beer is okay. It is new, so the service was subpar. We had one waitress that was kind of rude and the other waiter was a little out of it and kept messing up our order and ended up charging us for items we never received.

Absolutely love this new addition to the Jax Beach scene. I went twice over the weekend for 2 different birthday large group parties and the staff went over and above with service, singing happy birthday, etc. The many choices of beer and drinks were great — I believe even liquor is made in-house. The upscale bar food was unique and tasty, with everyone (even a bunch of teenagers) loving their meals. The upstairs roof deck level is an awesome vibe, with a cool bar made out of an Airstream. Highly recommend!

We went from a table of 4 to a table of 10 no one had an issue they quickly adjusted to our request! Our server had never been a server before he was quick, honest, and extremely accommodating!
