The restaurant handle spacing during Covid very well. Table are nicely space, wait staffs wearing glove and mask at all times. Food qualities are excellent, even my kids chickens stripe was great. The only 1 minus for us is for the $48 steak it should at least come with 1 side. The chef did a very good job on the steak , my husband ask for Medium and it was perfect. My trout was excellent, flavor and temperature was just right.
Beautiful outdoor dining - setting, food, service were all solid.
Great service, though Covid has resulted in a reduced menu.
We had dinner here while visiting the Homestead for our mini honeymoon. The staff was super accommodating! Especially Colleen who had helped our friend surprise us with a bottle of champagne!! Food was incredible. Definitely need to save room for dessert the cobbler and apple pie were SPECTACULAR
Jackie is the best waitress ever!
We have eaten here several times and the I always order the filet mignon. It is consistently the best steak I have ever eaten.
Meal was delicious. The service was a tad slow, given they're just reopening but we didn't mind. The server was very friendly and helpful. We greatly appreciated all the efforts to keep guests safe and socially distanced.
Very good and felt they followed covid rules very well.
The Jefferson Grill was very nice, Steven our waiter was excellent, the food was delicious.
Asked for asparagus plain. Came soaked in butter. Only complaint. Everything else wonderful
The hotel has just reopened so we packed our patients. But nothing could’ve prepared us for what was a two hour wait for food. I had requested a table outdoors
Great food and service!
We had a delightful time and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable while implementing social distancing protocols. The menu items were interesting and well executed.
Steve took great care of us 😊
The food was delicious, the service was great, we really enjoyed the meal and the experience but it was far too expensive. The price of the entre would have been fine if it included a salad and side but it did not include anything else. All sides, including salads, were separately priced and overpriced to also. Except for the price, everything was great.
Great food in a great place. Limited menu for “tweens” and teens.
Good service & great food! Couldn't ask for any more!
Great dinner. Cowboy ribeye or filets are great choices.
If you're staying at the Homestead, I highly recommend Jefferson's.
Get the prime rib. The flavors were amazing. Just the right amount of salt and thyme.
Shrimp and grits were special, as well.
The mac and cheese tasted just like velveeta.
Service was slow and inattentive.
Overall very good experience. Terrific service. The steak was a little overcooked, but still good. The rest of the food was excellent. Nice atmosphere and a pleasant dinner.
Nice but conversation was loud so hard to hear your own guest.
Food was amazing!! We enjoyed our experience. We would return.
Very pleasant dining experience! Lovely dining room, top notch staff and enjoyable menu choices. Prices higher than expected.
Great service as usual. Pork chop was perfect. Deviled eggs a hit. New coffee ice cream dessert in a chocolate cup very good.
Menu was unclear about the spice level, making the meal inedible for me. The server and management did little to nothing to remedy the situation. Very disappointing considering we were celebrating a very special occasion.
Our server, CoCo, was phenomenal! She is a true asset to Jefferson’s. My husband’s dinner was cooked properly. Unfortunately my medium rare rack of lamb was gray though out, at least medium well. CoCo did promptly have it remade but it was disappointing that a restaurant like Jefferson’s would allow a dish so incorrect leave the kitchen and be served.
Glad they added vegan options. Claudia was a fantastic server.
The restaurant is nicely updated and lively. The menu offers lots of things for any palate. the servers were attentive and friendly. The food was good but not what I would have expected for the price. The food had a bit of a "pre-prepared or foodservice" feel to it vs. made from scratch in house. That was a bit disappointing because the menu is pricey. It was a decent meal but not the level to which one might expect at an historic resort like the Homestead. I would liken it to a level at or below Bonefish or Longhorn.
We emoted a very nice evening and meal at the Jefferson. Our server, Steve, was very nice and gave us some good suggestions from the menu. We both had the broiled meats, one of us filet and the other the pork chop. Both were excellent. Salad and side dishes also very good. Overall, we definitely will return.
wonderful place to eat
but the food came out cold

The service was absolutely amazing! Our server was awesome!
An awesome experience! Just as great as the first time!
The prime rib at the Jefferson was wonderful. Everything is offered a la carte and the food is pricey. There are not many options for food on the resort so paying extra was to be expected. They get busy so book early.
Carmen was a great waitress, excellent service and prompt attention at every turn.
A beautiful restaurant with attentive service. The food was delicious!
Food was exceptional and also service was great. Cheff made us special treatment and fullfil our dietry requirmenet.
So fun! Really enjoyed this restaurant and resort.
Great food is the bottom line, I did not expect it to be that good.
A very nice evening with my Wife's parents. We all had the same meal, chicken. It was very good and the service was outstanding. Always awesome being at the Homestead for the Holidays. Atmosphere was very festive and beautiful. We'll be back next Christmas.
