   We’ve visited JR’s several times and have never been disappointed. The steak was prepared perfectly; the cocktails were inventive; the wine list unequalled; the service spot on - we ate at the bar this time (by choice) and the tenders did not miss a step. Will definitely be back.

   If you want to be treated like a king or queen, this is the place. The beautiful piano playing soft music.. the ceiling chandeliers are stunning.. best refined in atmosphere and food. Will definitely be back.

   This was our first trip to Nashville. Jeff Ruby’s was recommended to us and we were not disappoint at all. The incredible waitstaff and the manager coming to make sure everything was good. Food was amazing. Worth every penny!!

   Jeff Ruby's is the best steak in Nashville - Period. As always, the service was fabulous, and the food was amazing. New menu item alert - Lobster Gnocchi. Try it, it's awesome. Our server Joe was great, funny, and attentive. Nobody does service better than the Ruby family.

    My birthday and Mother's Day were on the same day and so we celebrated at JR's. It was a wonderful evening all around. Food was beyond excellent (surf/turf, macaroni, mashed potatoes, truffle cake and cigar dessert, as well as sourdough bread) and the staff were extremely attentive. They brought me a small plate of sweets to celebrate my special day. We were in and out in less than an hour!!

    The service was great, and the food excellent and plenty. Our two hostesses, Debbie & Bree were outstanding. Too top it off Debbie treated us to a free desert on her for our 50TH wedding anniversary. When in Nashville we will stop there again. Thanks Jim

    My husband and I were very disappointed with the food and the wait staff seemed disinterested. My husbands steak was burnt and he had to cut the entire top of it off. Not something you should have to do with a $100 steak. Very disappointing overall.

    Group of five celebrating a 50th birthday - and we were not disappointed. The service was incredible and we felt pampered and special.     Honestly, we selected Jeff Ruby’s because of this rating which after experiencing is over rated. Seems the staff has bought into their own “hype.” The staff while attentive, tended to not listen… for instance, asked if we wanted bread three different times from two different people. Bread never arrived and had to eventually ask the bus-person for bread which we finally received. Ordered drinks… wrong, and had to get up to take them back up to the bar to correct because our servers were busy with everyone else. My steak (Filet) was tough and chewy, which when you go to a steakhouse of this “quality” you expect a good cut of meat… just a disappointing food experience. The one “bright light” in our experience was the music… the piano player was incredible and would go back for just a drink and listen to him play.

    Being from Cincinnati I had high hopes that the Nashville location would be the perfect spot for a customer dinner. Although the ambiance was top quality- stunning really .. although very nice and personable, the waiter was less than attentive (compared to the staff in Cincy ). My Customers steak was prepared incorrectly, as well as my co-workers. Not only was this extremely disappointing but also interrupted the flow of a critical business discussion and dinner. It was embarrassing especially due to the fact that I hyped it up so much.
