    Overall the best meal In Nashville. The steak was cooked perfectly, the service was top notch and the entertainment was excellent. I would highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Nashville.

    Outstanding service and food. The evening left an indelible mark on everyone in my party. We always have great experience at Jeff Ruby's. Lindsey, Charlotte, Chris and our head waiter were fabulous. We even had the fortunate pleasure of conversing with Brandon Ruby.

    Fiest time to Jeff Rubys. Service was top notch. Cocktails (margarita and whiskey sour) were perfect. Portions were great and everything (oysters Rockefeller, Caesar salad, mac and cheese) tasted amazing. We had a 8oz bourbon filet with shrimp and grits, and a a cowboy ribeye (aged 90 days) with garlic butter. Both were cooked perfectly, although cowboy ribeye had a little too much of an earthy taste due to the amount of aging (hence the 4-stars instead of 5)--took a bit to get used to, but the garlic butter helped. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again when in town.

    We had a party of 8 and this was by far our best eating experience in Nashville. Our server, Clayton, was absolutely fantastic and we weren't rushed at any point to eat and leave. Very attentive, knowledgeable and the food was to die for!

    Food and service were excellent. The Japanese Wagu steak was one of the best I have ever tried. The ambience with the piano in the bar was amazing. Definitely recommend trying

    Waitstaff and food was great as usual. Unfortunately we were seated next to three young children and their moms. They were up constantly, singing and running around the table without being asked to sit. Not the restaurants fault just bad parenting.

    A throwback and a total class act from the moment you walk in. Service is as high quality as the steaks (and sushi). A 2 hour experience, you're made to feel special every minute. It's expensive, but you know that if you're making a reservation here. Highly recommend.

    Everything was delicious- it’s hard to choose. We shared a NY Strip & mashed potatoes so that we could try more appetizers. We had the Herbstreit sushi roll, chilled shrimp and crab legs and crab bisque. All fabulous!

    Our waiter was excellent. The food was worth the price. I wish I didn’t have to witness the filth that came in to use the restroom who weren’t actual customers. No staff stopped them from coming in. One girl’s but was literally hanging out from her dress.

    Great restaurant experience for our anniversary. Our sever Samuel took great care of us. Food was excellent. The restaurant was pretty loud (even on a weeknight) so just a note if you're looking for a more intimate dinner.

    It was an absolutely sub par experience. Not only were we stuck in an endless sales cycle from the waiting staff but the food didn’t measure up in the slightest. While certain dishes were ok, each of our steaks were served cold and distinctly lacking flavor. Within the first moments of the meal our conversation shifted to what our actual favorite restaurants were as this one ultimately proved to be a money grab taking advantage of the Jeff Ruby name and more so the clientele. Despite the experience mentioned above we made our best effort to enjoy the evening and not complain as we had ordered quite a bit of food. Most of the rest of the staff were actually delightful. Do your best and avoid this place. It’s over hyped and not worth the money. You may or may not get your car back if you Valet

    We enjoyed our first visit for a family celebration. Everything from the kitchen was great, and our table service and JUSTIN was exceptional! We will be back again because the steaks beat everything we had in Nashville, in the 20+ years we have been here. We only wish our table was in a quieter location.

    Had dinner in the bar on a Thursday night. Was too loud to talk. Probably better spots for a business dinner conversation. Service was excellent….food was average.

    Our server, Mr. Stephen, was absolutely phenomenal!! We are returning customers and it was our first time having him, and we put in our clientele notes that we would love to have him every time!! So incredibly personable and professional. We had been away for several months, the menu had gone through changes, and it was way better than we remembered! We had fish and chicken, no red meat, and will come back as soon as possible for those dishes! Such a fun and classy ambience as well.

    We were given a table in the very back of the restaurant near the bathrooms It was my birthday and provided that information prior. Would have preferred to sit closer to the front to enjoy the piano player and a lively crowd. Otherwise the service and food were very good

    Wait staff is top notch. Beef dish was great, according to my husband. Mac n’ cheese superb. The wedge salad was delicious. Unfortunately, my salmon was average and nit very hot- temperature wise.

    Food was really good. Service was just Eh. Getting water filled was a bit of a chore. A few times we had empty drinks (water and other) for 10-15 minutes and had to flag someone down to get refills. We observed other tables with exceptional attention so we probably just had the wrong server that night. For a more upscale establishment I guess we just expected a little more. Not the end of the world but just noteworthy.
