    We had an amazing experience at Jeff Ruby's. Everything was perfect, the details were incredible. It's a beautiful space and we could not have asked for more. The food, the service, it was all above my expectations. Darryl was an incredible server and we can't wait to have him again. We will definitely be back, I'm just sad we waited this long to try it!

    Joe was fantastic and led our night like Eric Clapton lead the band “Cream”. Derek, his assistant, was a perfect support (I would liken him to the Ginger Baker of the ensemble). His perfect timing neither rushed nor dragged our experience. The managers Alissa, Travis, and Jeff (I believe he was the general manager) acted as the producers to really bring the ensemble to life as the show went on. Dessert was like an encore and I felt like the Sunshine of Their Love at Jeff Ruby’s.

    First time at any of their locations. Consider myself a steakhouse connoisseur. Jeff Ruby’s was a great experience. Hostess staff was friendly and inviting. Service staff was professional and personable. Above all else, food was great. Started with a crab cake which was cooked perfectly. Ordered a New York strip which was also cooked perfectly and the cut and flavor were outstanding. All in all I was very impressed. Great atmosphere without the snobbery of many high end steak joints.

    It was our first time at Jeff Ruby’s, but it will not be our last! The food was superb, and the service was too. Our waiter, Joe, made us feel like VIPs and people who are frequent customers. I can’t say enough about this experience except in superlative terms…highly recommend!

    Enjoyed the the ambience of the room, Service was great, very attentive. Only somewhat disappointing this resturant known for the best steaks, my filet fell short, seemed no different than most similar steakhouses. Other than that a very nice place.

    Always liked Jeff ruby’s in the past this time around food value noticeably lower (sea food tower 275$ with 6 shrimps 4 oysters one lobster tail and 4 king crab legs= 100$ true value), won’t be going back for a while, better options in Nashville = Bourbon steak for example

    The plate presentation needs work. Plain steaks were delivered on a white plate with no garnish, etc to make it look delectable. The wait staff was incredible and went beyond for our large group of 8.

    Our overall experience was good. The food and drinks were great. However, service as we checked in with valet was immediately disappointing. The valet greeted us by saying “do you need something?” We had to park our vehicle down the road and walk up to them. Clearly, we had one or two reasons to be in front of you. Our head server was less than attentive. He did not seem to have wanted to work or be there. The food runner and assistant were amazing.

    We had a great dinner experience. The booths were comfortable and had beautiful lighting in there. The service was outstanding. The bread and butter was very delicious. Our steaks were perfect. I had the steak Diane and my husband had the blackened ribeye. And we had the strawberry ice cream pie for dessert, it was excellent ! We had the server Olivia and she was wonderful.!

    We go to a lot of high end and not so high end restaurants and reviewed many places and have to say, this establishment is really at the top of their game. The staff were beyond helpful, accommodating, friendly and just downright professional. Oh yeah, the food…really really good! If you are here for work, pleasure or live in the area, run, don’t walk to this amazing place. You won’t be disappointed.

    Everything was excellent like it always is! Jeff Rudy's is our go-to for every celebration!!! My husbands birthday was no exception. The Wedge salad was devine, sushi was delicious, and steak was cooked perfectly! Our side iteams complement our entrees nicely. Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes are win with our whole family. My daughter really enjoyed the cookies and cream ice cream. All in all, it was an amazing dinner.
