This was our first time dinning at Jeff Ruby’s, and certainly not our last! The food, service, and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Our server, Shelby, was very nice and suggested the Ruby Roll- and she was right! It was very good! We can’t wait to be back!

Josh and Olivia were great hosts. My girlfriend and I had never been to Jeff Ruby's and your staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their service was prompt and accommodating. We also enjoyed everything we had. Both steaks were perfect and the sides paired well with them. We also received a good recommendation for the wine we drank from Josh. Please let them know we appreciated their service and would love to be back in the future!

Most everything was delicious except the Caesar salad, I can make a better one at home. Great experience, but it was loud AF. And I don’t mean energetic loud, I couldn’t hear the server standing 3 feet away. It was march madness weekend so many more people were in town for the South Region Sweet 16 games, so I get it, kinda. I’m shocked a place like this allowed so many people to hang around the bar area where they actually sat people for dinner. So your $300-$500 dinner included many loud people literally jammed up to your seat yelling and cheering, not exactly an intimate experience where you can talk and enjoy yourself. Prime and Proper Steakhouse in Detroit was a much more private experience for the money being spent. Money and Miami rolls were excellent. Eye of the Tiger was tasty, and the waghu beef and petite filet melted in your mouth. If you go, request a table towards the back.

We had a lovely night as it was our first experience with Jeff Ruby’s in Louisville. Josh and Keybra did an outstanding job looking after us from reading through the menu to swift service and attention. To top off the evening we were served a welcome to Louisville desert as a courtesy which summed up how they went above and beyond to make it a special experience.

This was our best visit to Jeff Rubys yet! The reservation was on time, our server was amazing. They brought a birthday treat of their butter dessert, which was delicious. Also a small thing, but the bread and butter before the meal had mushroom butter we loved it. And steaks cooked to perfection.

Best Brussels sprouts I have ever had!!! The Pomegranate American Mule cocktail is always a favorite. The house-made Butterscotch ice cream is to die for! You all knocked it put of the park as usual.
