My husband and I dine at Jeff Ruby’s often. The food and service are excellent and predictable. This time was no different. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the butter pie was out of this world. We even took a piece to go.

Nick took excellent care of us on our anniversary and went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. It was both of our first times at Jeff Ruby’s and Nick was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and able to help guide us through the menu. When we come back we will definitely be requesting Nick next time!

Great service. A little bit noisy this time. All three of our steaks were too salty and I needed to send mine back. I didn’t think to inform our waiter to minimize the salt when I ordered so I’ll take some of the blame. This was our third visit and I’ll return.

Ruby’s is my go to spot for dinner and favorite in town, last night might have been the worse experience. Took my son who ordered the A5 Strip, it was terrible with so much raw fat on it, we did not even eat half of it. Disappointed for his first time there. My filet was great. Butter Pie was on point like always. Hope for a better experience next time, waitress didn’t even ask how our meals were or I would probably have sent his back.

First time at Jeff Ruby’s. Was expecting impeccable steaks. Everything else but the steak was no better than Hyde park and steak was cold to touch when it came out, chewy and less than average. For a $400 check it was very disappointing. Didn’t want to make a scene in front visitors but the best thing that was brought out at a STEAK HOUSE was a sushi roll. Don’t waste your time. Go to Hyde Park and get the same service and steak.

The wife and I had our anniversary dinner date here and was super pleased. All categories were excellent, but the most stand out part was the service. Our server was very professional and the staff was very keen on checking with us and making sure everything was up to standards. Two thumbs up and we highly recommend this place. My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary here since it is the place we celebrated our engagement years ago. We initially had a table reservation but stayed at the bar to watch the Ohio State game. Devry (love her name! sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) and Olivia at the main bar were both very friendly and attentive! Great vibes and food with excellent service from all the staff we encountered. Everyone was super friendly, many wishing us a happy anniversary. I believe it was the manager but he made sure to walk over to our seats to personally wish us a happy anniversary and confirm our change of seating was fine.
