    The restaurant had a calm atmosphere and the service from the kind staff was very pleasant. Of course, the steak was as expected. The sides were also delicious. This is a store I would like to visit again.

    Two of us, celebrating a birthday on a Saturday eve. Sat at the lower level bar. Service was fantastic, as were the food and drinks! Consistently 5 stars, which is why my husband chooses Jeff Ruby’s for his birthday dinner year after year!

    This was about or 5th visit there. We were a little disappointed with our meal, after paying about $350. The Oysters Rockefeller weren't as good as remembered. Porterhouse was not as good as in the past, the Filet was great however, and we missed a few of our favorite sides that seemed to be off the menu. Service was good and we will return but may try a few other steak restaurants before we do.

    We had great service! Food is amazing the deserts were fantastic. Had to add a a notch to the belt in order to walk out. Definitely recommend eating at Jeff Ruby’s!!

    For the price point, the food wasn’t as flavorful as I had hoped. Not bad at all, but not exceptional either…I’d definitely give it another chance and choose options besides steak and lobster.

    This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is superb and the service is next to none. The decor is so beautiful and pleasant. This has become our favorite restaurant! The crab cakes are the best we have ever had and the surf and turf was stupendous. We were in the club level, very romantic and pleasing. Next visit we would like to be in the main dining room to experience that atmosphere. We recommend this great restaurant to all.

    Ruby restaurants are incredibly consistent. Amanda and Sam were outstanding. My first time at the Columbia location and I look forward to returning. The best place to celebrate!

    Delicious food and outstanding service. We had a few hiccups with our food but the staff went above and beyond to make it right! You just don’t see that level customer service anymore. Definitely enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to returning.

    Staff and food was excellent 👍🏿👍🏿 elevator came in handy! Nice dark sexy atmosphere. Valet attendants were prompt and polite. Cigars were a little overpriced 😩 bourbon and whiskey selection could be better.

    Joe our waiter was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine which was exceptionally good. The sides we ordered were very good, mac&cheese and brussels sprouts. We did not find the steaks to be as amazing as we had expected for the price. They were good, just not great. The cook on them was spot on but the flavor was not as good as we expected. We know some people who have raved about the Cincinnati location so maybe it was just an issue with the Columbus location? Again, it was good, just not great.

    Our service was excellent but I personally did not enjoy my steak. I selected a Japanese A5, and ordered it medium rare. Now understand, my husband and I don't frequent Jeff Ruby's, but reserve places of this caliber for special occasions. To me the A5, tasted charred. Our server checked on us often to assure we were happy. I am not one to make a fuss, so I didn't address this during dinner.

    We loved celebrating my husband’s birthday at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse! The food was perfectly delicious, perfectly prepared, beautifully presented. We were seated in a room that provided a great atmosphere for chatting while still allowing us to enjoy the pianist and his great voice. Our waiter was exceptional in helping us select our appetizers, cocktails, entrees and dessert. We are eager to return!

    It was truly one of the best meals I've had in awhile. It's pricey, but in my mind we'll worth it. Do the filet and lobster, you will not be disappointed.

    Service was fantastic, Anthony did an amazing job. The ribeye was seasoned well but dry. Same with the pork chop my friend had. The sushi and oysters are the best around.

    I had the Filet Scampi and it was fabulous! The sides were good -- we shared mashed potatoes, baked potato, mac and cheese, brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. And the carrot cake was delicious! The service was great! Service consisted of a team and they were on top of everything.
