This was our first time trying a Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse and we were not disappointed. My husband and I like to try new steakhouses when we travel for music festivals and this one is definately in our top 3. Our server was Joseph and he was great at making sure we were 100% pleased with our food and was very personable. All the food was great though we weren't big fans of the macaroni and cheese. It was good, just not our cup of tea. Probably one of the BEST steaks we've ever had. My husband got the ribeye and I got the petite filet. Both were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great. We loved the decor and old vibe. It is expensive, but we knew that before we came. Definately worth the splurge for a treat. We will be on the lookout for a Jeff Ruby Steakhouse next time we travel!

Patrick is the best waiter ever. I live in NYC and this steakhouse is still the best I have ever been to. Nothing tops Jeff Ruby’s. Steak cooked to perfection.

Jeff Ruby’s was an amazing experience, excellent service. Ryan, our server was very attentive and professional. The food was excellent. We loved everything!

The place was beautiful inside and outside with attention paid to the slightest details! Gorgeous entry decorated with fancy walls, mirrors, and huge crystal chandeliers! The dining area was just as breathtaking! Every staff member was top notch and paid very close attention to every customer! Our food was prompt, perfectly prepared and very excellent! We had the roasted chicken and it was Devine along with the Caesar salad and bread with truffle butter! We thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate cake which could easily be shared with a table of four or five! We would highly recommend Jeff Ruby’s on NATIONWIDE in Columbus! Take a mini tour and look at all the beautiful views!

Jeff Ruby's is iconic; was underwhelmed with our food. the bill was over $600; steaks were under seasoned and bland. Sides were just so so the drinks were good; and service was amazing. We definitely left disappointed

Joe is an excellent server and service broadly was top notch. Sadly food has slid a bit. Steak and carpaccio were excellent. Other sides and apps much less so. Oysters Rockefeller and mac and cheese particularly disappointing.

-the bill at the end of the night was incorrect. The actual bill was different than the amount charged to our card (by more than $100) -the ladies’ restroom was in terrible condition. Water or some other liquid all over the floor in one stall and toilet paper needed to be refilled. -the server was attentive and knowledgeable.

Jeff Ruby’s is such a first class dining experience all the way around. Great food, great service, the ambience is spectacular. We had a great time and although it’s not the least expensive place that you can choose, you never feel like you’re overpaying.
