My husband and I stayed at the Inn for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive and the ambiance was very elegant. We dined at the restaurant on Friday night and everything was delicious. I had the mussels for appetizer and the cioppino for dinner. The seafood was very fresh and the broth was awesome for dipping bread. My husband had the short ribs and his only complaint was they were a bit salty. The breakfast on both days was outrageous! Fresh baked pastry, yummy yogurt and omelettes were outstanding.

I highly recommend going for dinner or even better take a weekend and get the full experience.

Too cold in the atrium. Shaved fennel, no flavor. Everything else was great, but for my cold toes, not pleasant.

I have been there before and enjoyed my meal. I was very disappointed in my meal.
I ordered the pasta dish which was drowning in pesto sauce.
The service was excellent.

Just had another great meal at Jedediah's. New chef is fantastic. The place looks beautiful for the holidays. And as always, the staff is incredibly welcoming: from Colin the manager to Donna our server, we were well taken care of. A great night out!

I would return even though I thought the food was so-so. Slightly bland which others have told me was unusual. The ambience, the staff, the lighting was magical. I shall definitely try it in different seasons.

JH is a beautiful setting for a special dinner with family or friends. The speak-easy downstairs is a great place to have a drink before dinner. The service is excellent and the food is very good. The house is a great setting and very unique.

This restaurant is living off of its prior chef/s. This meal was terrible. The quality was mediocre, the presentation terrible and the taste absolutely awful. Contrived and annoying setting as well. Our server was pleasant. The only positive part of the meal. After eating there we began to hear from others that it really took a dive. That is certainly true.

Celebrated our anniversary. Wonderful meal and service. We had visited the week prior after a winery trip and fell in love with the duck with brussel sprouts and huckleberry. Came back the following week for the same. The manager recognized us and sent over an appetizer of the chef’s choice. What a wonderful evening!

Lovely restaurant in a beautiful old Victorian mansion off the Main Rd in Jamesport. Lots of locally sourced food, with nice, simple preparation - the duck and halibut were excellent. Service is good but it can be noisy.

Food was excellent. I had the baby kale salad and roasted chicken dinner. Both were amazing. Hubby had the flatbread and short rib. He enjoyed both. Server was very friendly but a bit over busy to give the attention we feel is needed. Was busy night but not overly busy. Went downstairs to have a drink in the speak easy but it was closed or something. Only bartender was upstairs. Found that odd for a Friday night. But will come back again with friends for sure.

Great meal once again, our favorite spot to hit on the NOFO. Highly recommended to all. Ribs and burger were unbelievable as was the vegetable pesto pasta.

Located on the North Fork, in an old, classic house, this cozy, neighborhood restaurant provides a good selection of appetizers and main dishes, mostly from local ingredients. The flatbread was excellent; the octopus surprisingly spicy and a bit overcharred. The duck, cooked to medium rare, was a bit tough and chewy, while the seafood stew/soup was exquisite. A reasonable selection of local wines complemented the evening.

Not the restaurant it used to be. The waiter was indifferent as was the manager. My wife ordered the short ribs. Bland but she found what looked like paper in it. We thought maybe it was parchment paper... We saw the waiter show it to the manager, all he did was take it off, with his bare fingers. The waiter came back with the same dish and said it was onion skin.

There was no apology, no effort to make my wife at ease, because at this point she wouldn't eat anymore. Most good places would offer a dessert or even a cup of coffee. But they
Were totally indifferent.

This is an expensive restaurant that is out of the way to get to. We drove 45 minutes to get here and were looking forward to a great meal. It wasn't worth the trip or the price.

Not to mention, I had to correct open table because the restaurant said we didn't keep the reservation.

Not sure how they could go from the top rating to such a poor experience. Maybe a new owner, new manager, new chef? Whatever it is, it isn't good anymore.

Came here for brunch for the first time, have been here many times for dinner but this was my first brunch. We were exceptionally pleased with the menu and service. As usual, Jedediah Hawkins did not let down, a must when on the north fork. Tip, ribs appetizer, burger, lobster roll were all spot on!

Another great experience at Jedediah Hawkins. Service was thorough and attentive. We had BBQ pork ribs and a crispy calamari salad to begin and both starters were excellent. For dinner I had the crescent farm duck breast, which I was delighted to see return to the menu, and my wife had a giant 16oz ribeye steak served with duck fat Yukon gold potatoes and trumpet mushrooms. My duck was amazing but my wife's steak floored us both. Our favorite NoFo spot by far, a must see!!!!

The restaurant has a very limited menu - 6 or so main entrees and they were out of 4 of them! Service was not very good - forgot a dessert, did not bring bread to the table for a long time, unapologetic about the lack of menu choices. It is an expensive restaurant and not worth it at all.
