Please note, full table participation is required for either menu. This is required to preserve the dining experience for all our guest.     I had a very good tasting menu experience. As is often true, one has to trust the chef. Some of the combinations may seem odd, but chefs can create interesting experiences from such combinations.

    The food was impeccable, and the dining room and views were absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service from our main server. While the support staff were terrific and very attentive, our server was absent for much of the evening and did not take the time to explain the menu or discuss the different options available to us. We weren’t even told that wine pairings were available with the meal, which is something we absolutely would have been interested in. What made it more disappointing was overhearing another server at a nearby table. They were fantastic—taking the time to explain everything, telling their guests about champagne specials, and even bringing over an entire champagne cart. We received none of that information or attention. For a restaurant of this caliber, especially with food and a setting this exceptional, we expected the service to be part of the experience. The food itself was outstanding, but unfortunately the lack of attention from our main server took away from what otherwise could have been an incredible evening.

    We had the most incredible dinner here, with gorgeous skyline views the whole night. We started with three amazing little bites - silky salmon, a tuna and radish starter, and a savory bite crowned with a generous mound of caviar. Then came a caviar and almond milk drink, which sounds like an odd combo but was honestly the best thing we had all night. So unique. After that, the courses just kept coming and kept impressing - another delicate white fish, a rosemary ravioli, and a juicy salmon dish, all beautifully done. Then the meat course arrived and it blew us away — cooked perfectly medium rare, so fresh and tender. We ended with two desserts, both fantastic. The bread basket deserves a shoutout too (that whipped butter!), and the cucumber martini was the perfect drink to sip on throughout. On top of all that, the service was warm and attentive all night, and the room itself - with its glass ceiling and the city lit up below - made it feel like a real celebration. Can't recommend this place enough for a special night out!

    Fantastic 60th floor views high atop the venerable Philadelphia Four Seasons hotel provide a vibrant background for a high end, opulent restaurant that provides elegantly prepared and tasty food from fantastic servers and waitstaff. Diners should enjoy a cocktail or two and select either the "Land Sea" or vegan tasting menus as both provide their unique and tasteful culinary gastronomical journeys. If you want to dine in style and elegance for a special occasion this restaurant should be high on your list. Just be prepared to spend your money for this experience.

    The salmon was not prepared as requested and tasted off, ended up getting sick latter that evening!
