On Thursday, June 26, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will welcome celebrated Philadelphia Chef Nok Suntaranon of Kalaya for a collaborative dinner that will bring together the authentic flavors of Southern Thailand with Jean-George Philadelphia's innovative French technique. The evening will be a journey of flavors with a carefully curated family-style dining experience. The menu will feature signature elements from both kitchens, beginning with an array of dumplings and appetizers and continuing through courses that highlight the bold, aromatic flavors of Thailand alongside sophisticated French-inspired ingredients. This dinner will be a set tasting menu at $198.00 per person. Menu items part of the dinner cannot be substituted to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions as to maintain the integrity of the dishes presented by both Chefs. Beverages, taxes and gratuity will be paid the night of the event.
