Was great but we put a birthday in the reservation notes and the staff didn’t acknowledge.
Outstanding! Better than Jean George’s in NYC.
An elevated dining experience in Philadelphia and you are not just paying for the view. We came to celebrate a special occasion (birthday) and the staff were very attentive. We opted to not do the summer tasting menus and ordered a la carte. Ample selection though primarily seafood options. The drinks were tasty and were good sized so we felt it was worth the price. Our starters (yellowtail noodles & summer squash tian) were balanced and enjoyable. Most memorable were the meats for our mains (beef tenderloin & lamb chops). They were both cooked perfectly but the lamb chops were on a other level, tender and flavorful. Had the black forest dessert, light and a perfect end to the evening. Overall would definitely return. The dining room can get loud at times but a nice atmosphere in general.
We had breakfast yesterday morning. From the glass elevator ride up to the 60th floor, to the excellent service we received (thank you Daniel A, you were the perfect server - you handled everything so professionally and yet was not overbearing - perfect in every way!!! ), to the best French Toast we ever ate, and best of all, the room was so quiet that the four of us could actually have a civil conversation (very rare in today's dining arena). Philadelphia is so fortunate to have such a wonderful restaurant. Welcome back, Four Seasons, we missed you.

What a great experience! If you do not get the Foie Gras, you are doing it wrong: Figs, mushrooms, Foie gras, what more could you want? The duck was out of this world, the berry compote and wheatberry pairing perfectly with the flavor of the duck. We also ordered the tuna noodle appetizer, which is tuna sliced into long bits that look like noodles (no actual noodles). It was laid on top of one of the best avocado mashes I have ever had, and a miso glaze poured over. While it was delicious, I think that you could probably find something more special to try as an appetizer. I also really liked that diners are offered chop sticks.
Another dish worthy of note was the corn stuffed ravioli. The waiter was clear to state that there was no cheese in the dish. The ravioli were a little bit larger than a quarter, and filled with sliced corn. There were a couple sliced cherry tomatoes in the sauce, which was utter perfection. The sauce was a basil sauce that was the most well balanced basil centric sauce I have consumed. It wasn't too basily, wasn't too pestoy, wasn't too olive oily; it was a perfect balance of flavor
Ambiance: The ambiance was elegant, the decor muted, yet obviously high quality. If possible, request a seat in front of the window when making your reservation.
Somelier: When you have access to the somelier at a world class restaurant, why wouldn't you ask as many questions as you can? The somelier was very friendly and informative, I definitely learned a lot, thank you!
Overall, I can't wait for a special occasion to come back!
Our meal was mediocre at best. The service was horrendous. It took forever to get our drinks, we were rarely checked on, and basically rushed out at the end. The only reason to come here is for the view.
My wife and I stopped by for breakfast to see what this new restaurant was like. The food and service was outstanding. We had a window seat and the view is awesome. We will be returning for dinner.

First, the space is extraordinary. Hard to believe that this is Philadelphia. The elevator ride to the 60th floor is memorable. From the greeting to the wait staff to the skill of the sommelier, we had a near-perfect experience for a restaurant that officially was 4 days young. All of our dishes were beautifully prepared and presented and the portion sizes were right. The small touches, attention to detail, and the warmth of the entire staff will make this restaurant a destination not only for special events but also for regular, and wonderful dining.
Our waiter was excellent as was the food. The kitchen was not on point and we waited an hour between courses - for a course that didn’t need to be cooked.

From the ride up the glass-enclosed elevator to the 60th floor, to the stunning floral arrangements, to the breathtaking views, to the flawless service to the gourmet cuisine...everything was perfect; a most memorable event! We will definitely return.
What a spectacular restaurant -from the food, the service, the décor, and the view. A real 5-star addition to Philadelphia. Already planning my return.
The setting is beautiful albeit a bit sterile except for the beautiful flowers. The menu is very restricted; don't expect to step away from the table 'full'. Go for the experience.
It was absolute perfection everything that I had expected from the four seasons the physical space is breathtaking and the service was flawless
It felt like coming home we saw Antoinnette and Darryl and we met Ben again who is now the general manager congratulations Ben and bravo to you and the new addition of ludwig Who really went out of his way to make our day outstanding he is a great addition to the four seasons family and we are very lucky to have him here he was able to get my cousins a dinner reservation for their 60th anniversary on September 6
We had a very wonderful time it was very emotional and I am Very pleased that the four seasons tradition of outstanding service and food shall now finally continue in Philadelphia

So thrilled that Philadelphia, once again, has a restaurant of this caliber. (Miss Le Bec Fin) Our experience was absolute perfection. Elegant, but not stuffy, the staff could not be better trained: friendly, responsive, but totally professional. Each dish was a work of art and the flavors were delicate and innovative. The set price lunch is delightful. The tuna noodle first course choice is raw tuna formed into noodles shapes and arranged as a rose in a divine sauce. A fruit dessert was assembled to look like a wreath on a thin, crisp cookie ring. Then strawberry consomme was poured into the center of the bowl. YUM!
The ambience is AMAZING on the 60th floor, looking out the 40 foot windows at the clouds, the rivers and the tops of the Rouse buildings. This is a winner! Cannot wait to return....

This restaurant can go toe-to-toe with the best in the world. The atmosphere, service, and food were all Michelin quality. Ordered the Salmon and it was so good that I doubled back for a second.
The waitstaff service is Four Seasons worthy. Patrick, the waiter, was attentive but not intrusive. He is terrific.
The bone-in Ribeye was lacking in flavor. It was almost soggy where I expected a light char on the outside.
The tuna noodles were surprisingly bright in flavor and outstanding.
The wine recommendation was spot on.
The Signature drinks were not remarkable(Corn, salt & pepper with bourbon--seemed to miss the mark--more sour than corn/pepper/salt and where was the bourbon, for that matter). I'm sure they will continue to improve as they get their bearings.
The view is incredible. Worth the trip for that. Try the tuna noodles.
Was afraid with a view that incredible would the food be good. Dessert was a little sweet. But each bite of appetizer and main course was an experience worth repeating.
Breakfast was amazing! You must get the french toast. Service is lovely with a great view.

The décor and views are phenomenal, even before sitting down. The staff, who are all very accommodating, are attentive without hounding, and allow you to enjoy your time. The food is next level, and it is a pleasure to begin the day with breakfast from here.

I went on 2 different occasions during the soft opening and the service was sub-par at best and they were slow with the every course of the meal. Although the food was great the service and timing sucked.

My wife and I and another couple recently had lunch at Jean-Georges. First off, the view is spectacular! Fifty-nine floors up provides virtually very seat a view across the city with at most a simple turn of the head. Beautiful.
The food selection was fantastic, including three different caviar selections. We each made different selections and shared them amongst ourselves. My favorite was the foie gras, which I did not consider ordering. Fortunately our friend did and shared it with me. People who think that they do not like foie gras may change their mind.
Desert brought the highlight for me, a chocolate and cherry mound of goodness. I am not sure its real name, but if you ask for the chocolate and cherry goodness, they will know what you mean.
We’ve been to several Jean Georges restaurants in New York and Paris. We are very excited to have one in our home town of Philadelphia. Despite dining during their cold open, food, service and ambiance were already on par with Jean Georges in New York. We will be dining here again soon.
I would recommend Jean-George to a friend for a special occasion. The food and service are excellent and they do their best to accommodate everyone. I am a vegetarian and they adjusted the tasting menu for me.
World class food with a world class view - can't ask for much more. Hint: if you are on a date, see if you can request one of the booths - super sexy, super private, best view in the house.
