   First time visit. I’m a huge JBJ fan. The hostess stand was confusing. (Lack of signage on where to go.) However, I highly recommend the Slippery When Wet drink. Food was descent. We enjoyed our visit listening to the music and looking at the decor.

   Friendly and attentive staff. FAMILY FRIENDLY before 6pm!!! Incredible food and perfect atmosphere. Reserved seating on 4th floor with live music experience featuring local aspiring artist Kayla Kroh - we expect to see her on bigger stages in the future!!

   It wasn't busy but it wasn't crowded either. The layout is very strange because they wrap the building around the corner building. We went there to try the food. How was the food? Go somewhere else. The cheese curds were okay and the house salad was the best thing on the menu. Everything we are for mains was over salted or if it was supposed to be hot, it was cold. I don't know any people that enjoy cold tater tots. It seems staffing was light and having a difficult time with expedition. As stated before the restaurant is located on the 4th floor. It wasn't hard to find but it was weird how the stage was so far away from where people were sitting. There's this long lounge with red couches so people can talk but not actually see the band. The 4th floor very strange layout and not conducive to enjoying the performers. Overall it is just music museum dedicated to Bon Jovi. Part circus, museum trying to wedge its way, like the building itself, to Nashville

   Love Bon Jovi so this was a must visit for me, however disappointed overall. The memorabilia is great and the band was good but the place lacked the warmth of other bars on Broadway. The food was not very appetizing or tasty and the service matched. It could be so much more.

   Food was best bar food on Broadway! French Dip roast beef for excellent! Loved watching the mechanical bull riders on the screen while we ate! Live Band was interactive & took requests!

   If you are a Bon Jovi Fan you must come hang out here while in Nashville. We made dinner reservations - do be warned dinner is on Level 4 (up the stairs). Level 4 has a smaller stage away from the dining tables. Most of the action is on the main stage that can be seen from level 2 and 3. The rooftop is very nice with its own stage. The stairs were a lot (we found out after we got to level 4 there is an elevator at the back) but they hold some fun surprises. So tough it out as you won’t be disappointed. Huge Bon Jovi fan here and greatly enjoyed Coco and The Hash in the main stage the night we were there as well as the other musicians playing on the various stages as we explored the venue. Lots of great memorabilia to take in. ❤️

   Hard to navigate venue. Very pieced together. Had to find 4th floor and hostess stand for our reservation. First floor band was playing 80/90s classics. For dinner we sat at front window table. Enjoyed being able to see Broadway. Food was fair. Nothing to come back for. Drinks were unexciting and weak. Service was fine. Place was pretty empty so server stopped by frequently. We did not order another round of drinks. Would of liked to hear some BJ music while eating dinner. Fun to walk around and see JBJ items as we are fans.

   The environment was great but the food was not impressive. Our appetizer, chicken nachos, took forever and when it arrived it was cold, chips soggy. My husband ordered a steak and it was overcooked and my fried jumbo shrimp were undercooked - crunchy on outside but battery inside. While the ambience was beautiful the food was horrible! Won’t be going back.

    Awesome location. We had reservations on the 4th floor. Great views of Broadway and quiet eating experience at 5 before the live music started at 6.
