Oysters were over cooked. Hard as rocks.

Bone marrow was served in a cast iron skillet with burning wood embers. The bone and marrow got so hot the waiter had to get a pair of tongs from the kitchen to remove bones from the skillet.

Steak tartare served in warm skillet which resulted in cooking beef.

Chicken pate and veal sausage were excellent.

Gorgeous location in Todos Santos. Restaurant has its own garden, Farm to table dining. The Food was Amazing and the service was great. We will definitely return the next time we are in todos Santos. Awesome desserts and wine list!
Highly recommend!

En lo personal la ensalada de burrata ahora trae un cuolis de fresa no me gusto mucho aunque no esta mal, la pizza mejoro muchísimo y me encantó, esta a un gran nivel, la descripción de coctelería supera por mucho la realidad, sería para mi lo que se podría mejorar para no sentirse decepcionado.
De todos modos seguiremos yendo con regularidad.

Worst restaurant experience!
We where kicked out before receiving any food at 9:15 pm during Christmas dinner with all our family.

Jazamango NEVER disappoints. The garden is thriving and Chef Ibrahim’s dishes take advantage of every aspect of the land and sea of Baja sur. The creamy eggplant based soup was perhaps the best I’ve had and I was so happy I decided to order it. The cauliflower with almond mole, the tuna crudo marinated it Macha salsa, the chocolate clams grilled and served in a miso-ish marinade. We are going back every night we are in Todos Santos to try everything. Also-wine from Valle de Guadalupe! Thank you Jazamango!

We showed up for their Mexican Independance day menu at 1pm, which was advertised on their Facebook as starting at 1pm, so our reservation was at 1pm. We drive 2 hours to get there and when we showed up they told us "oh no,, that's for later in the day, right now it's only brunch". Yet the flyer on Facebook says "1pm" and before we left we called to confirm and the person on the phone said "yes, 1pm". What a waste of time. Seems there's no management or ownership there that is controlling the place.

Con gusto escribo estas lineas ya que mi última experiencia en Jazamango no fue la mejor debido a un muy mal servicio. Me complace ver que esto cambió y el haber recibido una excelente atención por parte de Luis nuestro mesero, él logró eliminar el mal sabor de boca de la vez anterior.
Por lo tanto agradezco mucho a todos en Jazamango por permitirme disfrutar de una noche hermosa.

Menú creativo, alimentos frescos, vegetales de su huerto, la comida deliciosa, al punto de que sorprende, el tartar de de res impresionante, cervezas artesanales y muy bien vino, el lugar agradable, abierto, y el servicio estuvo de primera, Jesús fue nuestro mesero un 100 en atención.
