Meaning ‘victory’ in Sanskrit, Jaya was conceived as a celebration of culinary diversity that exalts regional specialties from across Asia. Punctuated by nightly dinner performances in the al fresco courtyard, Executive Chef Vijay Veena’s menu features bold, modern dishes from Thailand, India, China and Japan. Longtime favorites include wok-crafted curries, Jaya’s signature Peking Duck, Truffle Dumplings and Dim Sums.

Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. The food was “ok” at best. My entree arrived later than everyone else’s, they were almost done eating. Once it arrived, the sea bass dish left a lot to be desired. It lacked flavor and the temperature wasn’t consistent all the way through. Served with a side of rice and a sea bass with no sauce, that one would assumed had some sort of save based on the “Tikka” name on it. I wasn’t able to eat the dry rice by itself. The drinks were good, that’s about the only highlight. Service was slow and the server may have had too many tables as we didn’t feel like service was very present.

I can't say enough the Sunday brunch at Jaya was incredible. My husband and I made a reservation for our family and friends after our wedding Saturday. From the moment we got there and all throughout the team at Jaya made sure our experience was top-notch! The food and beverage offering is quality and honestly I feel like we got it for a steal! I had my weight in Sushi, downed several espresso martinis, and everything in between. I absolutely recommend and we will be back when we are in Miami!

Regardless of my reservation we were told to wait 20min. I noticed other guests were offered glass of sparkling wine while they waited. We didn’t get that type of treatment which felt like we were excluded.

The shows, ambiance & service were excellent! Some food we had was great & some just ok. The duck spring rolls & sea bass were very good, loved the tamarind sauce with it. The short rib green curry, sauce was excellent but the short rib was sadly tough. Disappointed with the truffle dumplings.

The brunch here was fantastic, there is something for everyone, all your American breakfasts, Chinese, Indian food that was fantastic, fresh meat and seafood cooked to order, the lamb was amazing. There was a caviar bar the service was excellent the music was excellent the drinks flowed and were all very good. We will for sure be returning.
