   We suggest you give after dinner rum like every other restaurant we have been to on this trip. Thank you to the wait staff…they excel at customer service and being very attentive to their customers.

   Excellent all round , food ambience and service second to none , Gratuity of 15 per cent added which i dont mind at all but it was the grey area of do we still need to leave a tip , Anyway will leave that to the do or Dont's but it would be interesting to know managements opinion.

   First off… the host was very pleasant, great personality to be greeted with, our server was attentive and didn’t rush us, but the lamb chops for $50 was undercooked and they were a big flop, I ordered medium and was served rare, 3 chops for $50 is a big disappointment!!! The ribeye was mediocre… veggies came with both meals but they were cold, loaded bake potato was cold as well, I knew that when I saw the stick of butter wasn’t melting plus it only had a few pieces of bacon, up-charge robbery! Not the worth the price! Meals aren’t up to standard. The only pleasant experience was the staff!!

    Elegant steakhouse serving more than the usual. Octopus was divine. My partner found the NY strip tasty but a bit chewier than preferred. Dessert is excellent

    Amazing going back again!!!!!! Menu is fantastic the drinks are made with love maybe better than NYC and the customer service is impecable! Our waiter was Steve and the bartender is Kev just wow !!!!

    I want to start my review by expressing the professionalism of Marnix. I emailed from the US regarding accommodating a party of 20-25. Marnix was helpful in every way possible! He responded timely to all my emails, even the ones with special request. I was referred to JAX by another restaurant because they are not open on Mondays. This was the best choice ever!! I visited JAX prior to them opening on the day of the celebration and was welcomed with open arms to view the restaurant and request additional add ons, I was also allowed to decorate the area. I met Nash the cook while decorating and he was great as well and also assisted. Our main server for the night was Sava!!!! Can't say enough about Sava and the others that serviced our party! The service was impeccable to say the least. Food taste Amazing and the drinks extraordinary! The entire experience was so impressive we returned the following night for drinks!!!

    Jax was surprisingly pleasant, Me and my wife had a great time and the ambiance was great, Our servers were professional, helpful and also regular faces of the island that we see every time we travel here. Great place for dinner, steak was amazing and the pasta was really delicious! Thank you so much for the Great food and hospitality. My wife also enjoyed her birthday surprise. Thank you again!

    Entrees were excellent but the calamari should have been crispier and the desserts were okay. The flan had too many flavors blended together but I appreciate the creativity.

    It was my husbands birthday and have been our 2nd time at this restaurant and most definitely won’t be the last! Great customer service, food and drinks! Omg the bartender is on point with his drinks! Amazing! Overall continue to keep up the good work not only for our island visitors but our locals as well! Kudos 👏🏾

    We had the 16oz steak special. It was good but for that price it was ok. The steak was thin and cooked . bacon mac and cheese was very good. The dessert brownie with nuts and ice cream was good. Our server very nice but he was the bartender. He never showed the dessert special just menu. The other server was showing the dessert on a tray. It looked better. We outside and that was nice

    Steaks are comparable to a Capital Grille in the U.S. Cocktails were good - Dirty Martini and a bacon Bourbon Old Fashioned were memorable. Rolls very good, blue cheese butter very interesting…Cocktails Seem like a strength. Brussel Sprouts are worth it. Potato Purée is a pass, would go with the fries. Pacing of the dinner seems rushed and felt hurried the whole time. Overall, think this is an overrated restaurant. You can have much better in Grand Case or on the French side. Steaks are as good and the rest is much better if you venture out a little. If you are from the U.S. and looking for the creature comforts of a steakhouse from home, this is a good choice. But if you’re here for a truly diverse gastronomic experience (which you should on SXM) then keep looking .

    All of our food was fixed to perfection except the strip steak had a lot of gristle and could not be cut. It was exchanged for something else and all was well. I am sure it was just a bad cut of meat. We will be back!!!

    Celebrated my husband birthday here with another couple. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was grilled. The seafood pasta was delicious according to my friend. I had lobster escargot which was chunks of lobster in a garlic butter au gratin sauce. definitely would recommend.
