   This was my first time ever going to Javier’s i decided to take my mom to celebrate Motners day and it was the best decision I ever made the food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful and super aesthetic! The service was amazing everyone was so welcoming, definitely will go back

   We arrived before our reservation time and were told we had a 30 min wait. We waited 20 min. This was understandable as we know it is the second weekend open. The service was great. I feel the temperature in the restaurant needs to be maintained a little better as it got pretty warm a few times during our visit. The food took long to come out but was fine since we were a little full with the appetizers. One person in our party ordered their meat medium rare and it was cooked medium well. I ordered mine medium well and the outside was pretty charred. Wish it had a little more flavor too. The beans and papas fritas were good. The tres leches was delicious!

   The tables are not big enough for a large party. This was on mothers day and a lot of people were smashed into a booth with 2 chairs on the other side. The server was not knowledgeable with the menu and was not able to answer a lot of questions. My plate came out with white rice when I have always gotten mexican rice with this dish. The server was trying to charge me for a side of mexican rice when I had just got that plate 2 days ago and it came with mexican rice. She took my plate to the back and brought me half of the rice I had first got. My mother and aunt order taquitos and they tasted and felt like they were fried more than once. They were hard and meat was chewy. We were charged for a side of chili when we never had been when we go to the century city location. The service was not good and food is extremely over priced. Mind you my family and I always go to Javiers but the century city location and we love it.

   We loved everything about this restaurant! The ambience, food, cocktails, and the service was top tier. Our server, Oscar was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

   10 stars. Our reservation for 5 people at 5pm and got seated upon arrival. We did not need to wait. “ Josiah/Jose” our server, great service. We will return soon.

    Overall it was good just overly packed and everyone standing right in front but it’s nice food was good
