In a small intimate setting we had a lovely evening. Front of house service was excellent and the fish cookery truly superb. We had bouillabaisse and the curried fish and both were great with wonder flavours which did not overpower the fish. Make sure you book as plenty of people tried walk-ins but with no success. We visited a few good restaurants on our trip to Northumberland and both agree this was the best.

We had a beautiful meal at Jasper’s whilst visiting Amble for the weekend. We ordered the scallops with pork belly and black pudding for a starter and it really was amazing! Our main courses were just as good, the monkfish coconut curry was a particular highlight. The staff were really friendly. We will definitely return next time we are in Northumberland.

Wonderful restaurant, fantastic food and a great atmosphere. The Restaurant is only small so make sure you book early. Service and food are second to none and we will definitely return next time we are in Northumberland

What a fabulous little find! Food outstanding, great atmosphere and excellent service from the waiter and the chef!! Would highly recommend it to anyone who happens to find themselves in Amble!
