Head Chef Scott Simmers has experience with both Southwest and Island flavors, so he pulls inspiration from those experiences to create many of our dishes. Fresh fish or meat, tropical flavors, and a little bit of spice are common in his creations like the popular Braised Short Ribs and Pan Seared Red Snapper.

Our very own herb garden on our second floor balcony provides fresh handpicked herbs for our kitchen and bar. We emphasize fresh fruit and herb infusion in our handcrafted specialty cocktails, and offer local craft beer and spirits along with an exceptional wine list.
