Head Chef Scott Simmers has experience with both Southwest and Island flavors, so he pulls inspiration from those experiences to create many of our dishes. Fresh fish or meat, tropical flavors, and a little bit of spice are common in his creations like the popular Braised Short Ribs and Pan Seared Red Snapper.
Our very own herb garden on our second floor balcony provides fresh handpicked herbs for our kitchen and bar. We emphasize fresh fruit and herb infusion in our handcrafted specialty cocktails, and offer local craft beer and spirits along with an exceptional wine list.

Perfect spot for brunch before a day in the city!
We love Jasper’s !!
This time though our food was served cold.
Very unusual and disappointing
Always a great night out with dinner at Jasper's -
They do a great job of making sure you are comfortable and get everything you need. Service is great, the restaurant is warm and friendly -
Highly recommend and cannot wait to go again for happy hour or dinner
Always enjoy coming here. The food is well prepared, well seasoned and good portions. The ambiance is a huge part of the experience too, it's just a REALLY comfortable restaurant and makes you feel relaxed. It's not stuffy but it doesn't feel like a cafeteria either. One of my favorite local spots.
The food was terrible. We were looking forward to trying Jasper’s. It’s an attractive spot, clean and great lighting and decor. The shrimp with bacon was almost raw. The tortilla chips were stale and guacamole was too. The beet salad was tasteless and cheeseburger was small. Fries were mushy.
Great Conshy Cobb as always!
Definitely going back!
Went with friends. 3 of us had hamburgers. Not impressed at all. Came with salads which were good. Other person had pulled pork tacos which he liked better than the three of us who had the burgers. Beautiful place. Food needs improvement. Not running back to eat there
Good people. Good food. Good atmosphere.
They do a great job here. Food, service, all good. I do have one piece I didn’t love-music piped in. It sounded live, although I don’t know where it originated. The issue was that when the music was playing, we had to speak very loudly to hear each other, as did others. Overall that hampered conversation.
Just a great night out
Singer in bar was great too
We have been to Jaspers a few times and have been happy with the experience. Not so much this last time. Our drink order was very slow to get to the table. We ordered the Holy Guacamole and were really disappointed. The "jumbo lump crabmeat" looked like it came straight out of the can and was just dumped on top of the guacamole which was a bit brown like it had been sitting out for a long while. This display was center on a metal tray with chips thrown on like it came right out of a dorm cafeteria. All for the low low price of $18!!!!! Our entrees of red snapper and short ribs were very good. The Shiitake Mushrooms & Sweet Corn Garnish on the snapper were delicious. Pretty pricey for the service and a lack luster appetizer. It was a Friday night and by the time we left at 9pm the place was empty. Wonder why.
Good service and great food
The atmosphere here is great and the bar has a great selections of local brews. Unfortunately, we were seated at a high top after requesting to not be in the reservation. Our waiter was less than attentive. Our appetizer came out followed 5 minutes later by our food which was not great timing. After we finished eating, the waiter let us sit a good 30 minutes before bringing our check, never offering additional drinks or dessert, etc. The restaurant was not full but the noise level was high.
Everything was great except they ran out of the special drink and pasta special and we were there before 6pm.
We always enjoy our night out here. A good go to for us.
We met another couple for dinner on Friday night. There’s complimentary valet parking as well as street parking. I made reservations, but there were many tables available at 7:30pm when we arrived. We chose one near the fireplace. The atmosphere was cozy on a rainy night. There is outdoor dining (apparently even in the winter) but we chose to be inside. The menu has many appetizers as well as meals from sandwiches and burgers to more expensive main dishes. Our group had 2 fried chicken sandwiches, one burger and one pulled pork tacos. All had fries on the side rather than the salad that comes with the sandwiches and burgers. They have Coke products as well as a full bar. For dessert we tried two options on the Shareable menu - bread pudding which was served with a vanilla cream sauce and the chocolate raspberry cake. All the food-especially the desserts- was good. I’d definitely recommend Jasper’s and plan to return. The server was friendly and attentive.
Very nice. We will be back
Our waitress was helpful and gave food food recommendations. Drinks and food were quite good. We enjoyed the night catching up with friends. At times, the music and noise was a bit loud but it didn’t deter us. Highly recommend!
Love Jasper's! It's beautiful inside with the fireplace and they had wonderful seasonal cocktails.
After booking on open table for 5:30 for a high top I went back on the site to try and pick a later time, the site said that there no other available tables. While dining I observed that therd were clearly other available tables. Not sure what the glitch was. Anyhow, was a nice dining experience
Amazing restaurant. Me and my boyfriend go there for every anniversary. The ambience is beautiful. Service a little slow, but still worth going
We’ve been to Jasper’s a few times over the last year. The spaces are great. The main bar is especially nice with unique cocktails. The downside is the menu. The starters are odd and overpriced. The main courses are split between overpriced main entrees and fairly good sandwiches and sides. Overall, great space and ambience but the menu is missing the mark.
My children took me to this place for my 55th birthday. We had a fabulous time!!!! We laughed. Ate. Stuffed ourselves and laughed some more. Our waiters were soooo friendly, and handled our every request graciously. Even down to the extra raspberries and photo op that our waiter didn’t mind participating in!!! We will definitely visit this place again!!
Really enjoyed our dinner at Jasper's tonight. Cozy setting in the main dining area with a roaring fireplace and live music piped in from the bar area. (Kyle Herring was great.) Small plate options made for a specialized meal for the three of us. Highlights included the roe topped scallops, the brussel sprouts with scallots and panchetta and the crab fries. Save room for dessert; we couldn't finish the shareable raspberry cake.
I love Jasper’s and been there multiple times but there was a Christmas party that was outrageously loud and they kept saying sorry for the noise rather then confronting the gentlemen streaming upstairs. Couldn’t hear the people next to you they were that loud.
I was there reuniting with 3 old friends. We had a very good meal and our server was great. He made some good suggestions and didn't hurry us when we were finished. We will be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor patio.
Food was excellent and our waitress Kayla was fantastic!
We had a wonderful dining experience. This restaurant has a great vibe, the food is delicious and the portion size is generous. They also make a killer bread pudding.
Food was very good. Waitress seemed distracted but otherwise efficient.
Absolutely awesome. chic decor, great food , great service, great ambience. This is our new spot. Best restaurant in the area for sure !
We were seated promptly on the main floor. Steven our waiter was excellent. The food was very good. My steak was perfect. The potatoes could have been hotter. My wife has the lobster, also very good.
I think the food is pricey. A Cobb salad is supposed to come with chicken. Here, you pay an additional $6 on a $12 salad. I don’t think I have ever paid $18 for a salad.
Small burger big roll. Ok, but I expected more beef.
This is a great restaurant. It has a good vibe and a very creative menu, everything for vegetarians as well as meat lovers. I would definitely go back!
It took 30 minutes for a salad and 3 sandwiches to come out and one sandwich was missing a roll.
Very cozy bar! Restaurant also comfortable albeit a little loud for my tastes. Food was excellent - loved the speciality cocktail of the week.
Found on Open Table as an central location to meet with others. None of us had heard/been here previously. Great food, cute location, live music. Very pleased for a random place that fit our group. I’d go back.
