They don't even use OpenTable and they never saw my reservation. Igloos was actually closed, so I drove almost 100km for absolutely nothing.

Dinning at Jasna Chalet Resort is an amazing experience. Every detail is on point. The only thing that needs to be upgraded is the service as they did not check on us during our lunch, if we needed something or if we wanted to order anything else. Otherwise all good! Would recommend!

Dobro zamišljeno, dobra hrana in dobra postrežba (v redu). Ko sva s partnerko prisla je bilo v igluju malo vroce zato sva ugasnila grelnik na stropu, vendar je cez nekaj trenutkov prisel natakar in rekel, da morava imeti prizgano zaradi prihoda drugih gostov da jih ne bo zeblo (bila sva 1h in 30min čisto sama!). Me ni tako motilo saj imajo so-gosti mogoce malega otroka zato sva se presedla… glede na to, da sta v igluju po 2 mizi ni neke prave privatnosti oz. jo je manj kot v neki restavraciji, ce kdo sedi zraven, ker ni glasbe in je tisina in se vse slisi kaj se kdo pogovarja… ko sva prisla domov sem na racunu videl, da je natakar zaracunal dve pijaci prevec (moja napaka ker nisem preveril takoj), kljub vsemu sva pustila dobro napitnino a ne vem ce se se kdaj vrneva.

- iglu kljub rezervaciji za posebno priložnost predpripravljen za dve zaključeni družbi, - na meniju ni bilo možnosti izbirati med večimi jedmi zaradi slabe zaloge, - kljub temu nam niso želeli postreči le sladkih jedi, saj nismo hkrati naročili tudi slanih/glavnih jedi, - posledično smo raje zapustili iglu brez naročila.

We enjoyed our dinner in such a lovely place with a spectacular view. Really amazing ambient...The food was great, we ordered what the waiter suggested and we were super happy and satisfied. The whole experience was unforgettable, we will definitely be back again!

Organizacija in postrežba ni bila na takem nivoju, kot smo je bilo pričakovano. sicer natakar se je trudil, vendar je bil preobremenjen, saj je stregel v iglujih ter še zunanje goste v baru. Se razume, da je zunaj sneg in da z čevlji prinesemo umazanijo, vendar bi lahko ko gost zapusti iglu za njim počistili tla, saj ko prideš notri in vidiš umazana tla ni ravno prijetno vzdušje. Hrana je bila okusna in porcije so bile zelo velike, razen gobova juha je bila povprečna, vodena. Cene kar visoke, najverjetneje že samo zaradi lokacije. naš obisk je bil v času kosila in ker je bilo kar nekaj turistov na jezeru Jasni, je malo neprijetno saj te opazujejo kot živali v živalskem vrtu, bi morda priporočila rje obisk v večernih urah ko je manj obiskovalcev. Prav tako bi omenila parkirišče poleg resorta Jasne, katero je plačljivo vendar na njem živ led in je nevaren za hoditi, glede na cenik parkirišča bi se pričakovalo urejeno očiščeno parkirišče oz vsaj poskrbljeno da je posuto s peskom parkirišče.

Restaurant should not allow pets in winter iglooes while there is more than 1 group of people in igloo. It was really loud and cold, the doors were opened constanlty. Do not recomed it for buissiness meetings and dates.

The igloos are ok, but not if you are hungry. The food was terrible. It's quite cold inside and you are sitting there with other people with no music.

Kljub predhodni rezervaciji, nas nobeden ni obvestil, da zimskega menija več ne bomo dobili (pa smo morali ob rezervaciji napisati kaj bomo izbrali). Ko nam je natakar, po začetnem razočaranju, prinesel edini izvod menija, ki so ga imeli tam, izbrane hrane zaradi gužve čez dan, nismo dobili. Čeprav na meniju piše, da je cenik veljaven od oktobra, se je izgovarjal, da je to poletna ponudba in da razen kremšnite, drugega za sladico ne moremo dobiti. Kremšnito so nam na koncu vseeno dodali na račun, kljub temu da so jo jedli drugi gosti, za drugo mizo v igluju. Vsekakor zelo neprofesionalen pristop.

Posebno pohvalo moram dati strežbi, saj sta oba natakarja zelo sproščena, da je bil občutek res domač in sta se znala tudi pošaliti, kar doda k celotni izkušnji. Hrana je bila vrhunska, tudi porcije so primerne in gre človek sit od mize. Tudi izkušnja v recepciji z dvema fantoma je bila prijetna in sta res strokovnjaka, ter prijetna človeka. Kdorkoli jih je zaposloval, ima res dober smisel za ljudi. Hvala za nepozabno izkušnjo, definitivno se bomo še vrnili!
