   La vista y escuchar el mar valen totalmente la pena Esperemos pronto mejoren su servicio ya que tardan mucho en atenderte

   Pésima organización … demasiado decepcionante el servicio que recibimos en la cena de año nuevo. Ya íbamos en el tercer tiempo de comida ( que por cierto no era buena tampoco) y aún no nos servían nuestras bebidas … con una patética excusa de que no tenían vasos. ( siendo un hotel ) . Llego año nuevo y no teníamos ni nuestras copas, ni uvas … ni el postre de la cena. Y para terminar, nos querían cobrar el doble de nuestra cuenta por no tener bien organizado el evento. Había claramente falta de personal. ( no me parece culpa de los meseros todo el desastre, aun que si fueron parte de un fracaso terrible por una mala preparación y actitud )Pero no parece excusa para el terrible servicio que nos dieron. El área de jardín es muy bonita . El evento no se realizó ahí por el frío … tema que comprendo perfectamente. Regresaría de día y al jardín para probar o intentar una experiencia diferente. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, me pareció totalmente terrible. No me gusta hacer este tipo de reseñas, pero no me pareció justo pagar por algo así de malo.

   Muy buen lugar, la atención de los meseros también excelente, el ceviche de atún delicioso… la música me encantó que está especial para relajarte, fuimos con niños y estuvo todo el tiempo el ambiente muy tranquilo !

   fue una gran experiencia,servicio 10/10,comida 10/10,son platillos muy particulares,el ambiente muy agusto y cómodo,los meseros siempre atentos y dando la atención

   The place was dirty. Napkins, plastic cups, food and plates all over the floor, garbage everywhere, not clean at all. I had a reservation and could not find anyone to ask where I could sit, where was check- in. Saw a woman standing by the bar, that looked like she worked there and had a radio on her, and she just said, "sit anywhere". We opted for the counter overlooking the beach. Sat there with my Mom for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or coming over, I finally got up and went up to the bar and was ignored for another 5 minutes until I said something to a sweaty waiter, who said, what do you want, I'll bring it over! I complained to him about my experience and he mentioned it to the woman who had said sit anywhere, who rang up our tab, which we shouldn't have even ordered anything and just left!~ She was rude and didn't say "sorry or anything" just handed me the bill! Will not come back. First time and I wanted to check it out. It was noon and not really busy. Bad service, filthy and unkempt.

   Mala experiencia , se hizo la reserva un día antes para tener una buena atención , estuvimos bajo el sol 1 hora … se tardaron en servir la comida aproximadamente 45 minutos . Se olvidaron de 3 de 4 bebidas y la que sirvieron (café helado) parecía leche con agua . Pésimo servicio …

   Nuestra comida llegó muy fría, mi plato si estaba bueno, pero bastante frío, el de mi acompañante igual llegó frío cuando se supone que era un taco caliente. La vista y el lugar todo muy bonito.

    Luce mucho más bonito en las fotos . Éramos los únicos y eso siempre saca de onda un poco ; el mesero muy amable
