My lomo was with to much salt and quemada la carne, they charged me one extra chicha for not reason, the seco no sabia a seco, el ceviche estaba buenísimo, el mozo a la hora de cambiarme el lomo salado me dijo q si pido lo mismo volverá a estar salado... y q cambie el plato... yo quería lomo no otra cosa... el chef salió y solucionó muy amable pero me llevó la mala experiencia con la cuenta... el baño un asco!!! We had high hopes for this place but they didn’t deliver. Both of our specialty cocktails were way too sweet. My Pisco Sour was anything but; instead of tart and refreshing, it was very sugary and frankly the worst Pisco Sour I’ve ever had. The Papa Rellena was pretty good but dear at $14 for a potato ball. The cebiche Classico was good, again pricey for what it is. The main dishes were very disappointing; a bland fried chicken breast topped with corn and cheese accompanied by equally flavorless fried potatoes, and a fishy tasting trout that came with an ok sweet potato and the only actually acceptable part of the dish, a too small amount of grilled sauced veggies. We left most of the food on our plates. One star for the colorful decor, one star for the good service and pleasant staff and one star for the papa and cebiche. Minus stars for the cloying cocktails, meh main dishes, and expensive prices for the low quality of the food.

Being a Peruvian I can be selective about dining at Peruvian restaurants but I thought the ambiance and the modern twist on traditional cuisine was very tastefully done. It’s definitely pricey but they give generous servings. Definitely go with a big appetite!

Great food & service. We had the pre fix menu which was the tacos, cebiche, chicharrón de pollo & lomo saltado PLUS chocolate cake. It was all delicious! Will def be back!

I am Peruvian and have been eating Peruvian food my entire life, both in restaurants and at home. The food here is quite mediocre and EXTREMELY overpriced. I will not be returning.

The good: The staff were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were tasty. That’s are the most important things. Opportunities; They were pretty invested in having us order their $52 price fix menu and really weren’t interested in describing the other items on the menu. The food came out piecemeal. I never like to see 1 or 2 people with food in front of them while others are waiting. Overall pretty good for a mall restaurant. I would advise an “outside” table - seemed quieter and nicer.

I am from Peru, so I'd like to think I have a pretty good idea of how Peruvian dishes should taste. All of the stuff I've had at this restaurant has not disappointed. Normally, I'd scoff at the prices, but in this case, I think the amazing quality and taste of the food justifies the price. Will definitely come back for dinner again in the future.

Overall, it was good, however although we had reservations the hostess tried to sit us at the bar. It was only that I insisted on a table that she finally decided to sit us at a table. This was kind of annoying especially since I had made a reservation ahead of time. Otherwise, the food was good and our waiter was very attentive.

Causa Nikkei was delicious, the jalea also. But the arroz con chicharrón so so but overall it was a great experience! Can’t wait to go back and have the delicious combinado (mazamorra con arroz con leche) y los picarones, my mom loved 💯💯 recommended

Nice environment. The charge for the tip was excessive. Food was great, I believe all the order must be served around the same time. The waitresses push to take the “empty” plates.

The food was great! We did their Jarana Experience meal, which is a set price per person and served family style. It included 2-3 appetizers (tacos, ceviche and Peruvian fried chicken) an absolutely amazing beef dish with rice, and a big slice of chocolate cake that was more than enough for the 3 of us. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and fantastic!!! The food was quickly made to order, too. ¡ Muchas gracias, Jarana y te amo!

Food was outstanding! The service was poor we order drinks, were delivery together and were delicious after we order appetizer and entrees, our plates were delivery one by one, they never clean our table and check if everything was okay with our food or if we want more drinks, it was disappointed since I also work in the hospitality industry as well, the place has a lot of potencial.

My best friend and I dined here before the Beyonce concert so it was very busy and slowed down the service. The staff was warm and friendly. I wanted to try the pre-fixe menu but my friend wasn't into all the options on there, will try on my next visit. The flavors were delicious and the atmosphere doesn't feel like you're in the middle of a shopping mall (unless you end up sitting in the outer area, then you're literally in he middle of the shopping mall!)

The staff does not seem to know how to manage seating when there is a large number of patrons. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation and the staff still insisted on seating people standing on line ahead of seating us. Then they tried to sit us at the worst table a small end seat near the kitchen . When I asked the person seating us if we could sit a a better table that was empty she reluctantly agreed then once seated was told by other staff to ask us to move since the table was going to be moved to accommodate a larger party. Where we ultimately sat was by the dish and utensil set up station and I saw a staff member drop a utensil and still use it for a place setting which is disgusting.

Our waiter was very attentive and polite. The appetizer and drinks were delicious. For the main courses my guest had order arroz con pollo, which it was salty. I had order Lomo Saltado which was a bit salty for my taste. The restaurant wasn’t busy at that time. The thing I don’t understand is that why there was a 10 minute gap between my main course and my guests course. If the there were barely guests at that time. Also we had order Picarones, which were over cooked and dried, the syrup we got with it was very thick. The funny thing was, that they have an expediter on site and the Chef was around. And neither one decided to check food for quality before serving food.
