EXPERIENCE TEPPANYAKI
Japan Inn was established in 1990 when founders opened their first location in Plantation, FL. Since then we have been serving an extended variety of Japanese and Thai food including fresh sushi. We had the honor to be named Best Sushi Restaurant in Plantation by Hometown Herald readers.

In 2002 a second location was opened in Weston, FL, and soon enough it was voted Best Japanese Restaurant by “Best of Weston”.

Our third location was opened in Doral, FL during the summer of 2019, and we plan to keep growing to share our food and entertainment with our customers all over South Florida. The Japan Inn Group also owns Kimura Japanese Steak & Seafood located in Boynton Beach, FL.

Japan Inn Needs a refresh. Carpet smells old, like mildew, chairs are old and bathroom dirty. My service was less than fair. After our order was taken, our server got lost. Our chef cooked so fast he forgot about entertaining the guests. I ask for a volcano merely because he had not done anything and it was at the end while he finished steaming the vegetables! The table next to us -chef got there before our chef … our chef finish cooking in 10 mins…and the other table had another 10 mins of a great show! Not sure what happened to our chef. , no entertainment, no talking -other than confirming our order, never did any gesture of show! Food was salty as he used too much salt and then soy sauce as well. And even the server didn’t even realize he had finished because he was no where to be found. The server never came to check if we needed any refills, another drink .. water etc. two of the families had to get up to look for the server so we can get the bill. Too bad for this place, I was a fan but the service just has gone way down! Even the few birthday celebrations were not of any enjoyment or worth any song.. no energy .. why bother.. I will not be going again! 🤮
