Jam's is off the list! Fish in the fish taco was oozing liquid. It wasn't sauce. It was coming from the fish! The coconut chicken was so overcooked that I could not chew it. My order was also not prepared the way I ordered. Had I had a food allergy, I would have had to have sent it back. Our server didn't even notice.

We didn’t start well when our hostess refused to seat us at a booth rather than a table we were originally taken to. We would have been willing to wait beyond our reservation time or be seated at a half booth, of which there were several which were open and remained open during the entire time we were at Jams. Besides this, our food was very good and service by our waiter was excellent.

Lunch on a blustery Omaha day. Meat loaf, potatoes, gravy and vegetables. Large portions, hot, vegetables firm and tasty. Meatloaf itself juicy, gravy was great, but no real evidence of spice. Sliced peppers were too small, so easily overcooked ... but still a nice addition. Green beans and carrots were an excellent foil to the comfort food ensemble. Well done. Only negative was the layout. Booth was a U shape and too big for two people. This was more a bar setup then appropriate for a meal. Not a real detractor to a great meal, but still not optimum.

Majority of the food that we ordered always came out cold. The menu that said asparagus with your meal did not say fried asparagus that was disappointing. The food was good though. The lettuce wraps are to die for! The waitress was really good at listening and helping you with the menu.

It was a very busy night and the noise level was loud. It was hard to visit with our friends. Also our waiter seemed to be extra busy so had to wait a but for drinks and water.

I ate here with a small group of coworkers for a business lunch and it was great. Wasn't too loud and the ambience was fantastic. I ordered the Coffee Shop Tuna melt and it was a divine. Good food and drinks, great staff. Not expensive at all either. Will definitely go back.

We have eaten at Jams several times and last night was literally the worst in service and food. Food arrived cold and salmon was served raw. When we sent the raw fish back, the kitchen decided it would be appropriate to microwave the fish. It was delivered back hot but still raw. The server was asked to take it back again and he did but did not offer a new dish to replace it. When the bill was delivered the meal was still on the bill. The server could not grasp what the issue was. The manager never came to the table to apologize for the issues. They were not overly full of patrons either. Jams failed this time for sure.

Our waitress was horrible. It took 15 minutes to be greeted. Once we got our drinks she didn't come back for almost 25 minutes to take our food order. There were no apologies from her and she almost seemed annoyed to be waiting on us. Sad because the food was great and so was the atmosphere.

Took my daughters and DIL to Sunday brunch. Beautiful day to sit on the patio. We all shared 3 brunch entrees and everyone was good. Especially liked the Maple Berry Frenchy. Also shared a carafe of Elderberry Spritz and we all liked it. Our waitress, Spencer, was very good.
