Indulge in a lavish 6 Course Christmas Dinner Pre-dinner drink on arrival Delight in a special visit from Santa Claus, creating magical moments Be captivated by live festive performances, adding a joyful soundtrack to your evening MENU Complimentary sparkling wine on arrival CANAPÉS Sugar cured salmon Tomato confit and goat cheese STARTERS Cream of cauliflower soup with truffle and chives Lobster and avocado salad with citrus chardonnay dressing MAIN Roast Pork belly, spiced apple, honey glazed carrots and port wine jus Lamb saddle stuffed with spiced fruit and spinach, served with mushroom and broad beans DESSERT Traditional Christmas cake, mixed berry compote and custard Selection of petit fours *Terms and conditions apply. Going to Katoomba? Stay at Mountain Heritage Hotel and dine in their on-site restaurant, Jamisons. This establishment oozes style, class and old world charm. Outstanding service from extremely friendly staff. There is a bar adjacent to the dining area for great pre dinner drinks. The bar attendant was welcoming and friendly. On a Monday night (2nd June) the restaurant was a lovely quiet environment full of very respectful diners. The food was top class, however, a small menu selection. The continental breakfast with optional freshly cooked hot breakfast favourites was also outstanding. The wait staff at breakfast were welcoming and friendly and service was excellent. Can't wait to return on another stay in Katoomba.

A classically beautiful mountains restaurant, well appointed dinning room with attentive service. Unfortunately we had dinner which means we missed the view but all other aspects of the evening were of a very high standard. The food was delicious & the portion size was good, the menu provided many options including seafood which was tasty & fresh. The service at the table was managed by a very competent young lady who met every need & was on hand as required without crowding the table. My only criticism is our waitress was a very young woman who said sorry each Tim she interacted with the table, taking a plate or wineglass for instance. She didn’t need to apologies as she was very capable & did a wonderful job. Other than that I would absolutely recommend Jamison View Restaurant

The food was excellent. We were staying at the hotel for the weekend and were originally planning to eat at Jamisons View one night only but the food was so good we decided to eat there on the second night as well. The pianist playing in the bar gave the restaurant a beautiful ambience.

Jamiesons View Restaurant is a delightful venue with window tables available if you are first in or if you are lucky enough to get a vacant table. Food is fine dining and each plate is delicious, no matter what you choose. Wait staff are cheerful and enthusiastic. On Sunday night, there seemed to be a problem in the kitchen as the meals were very slow to come out. At one stage, no-one had their main, then they all came out at once. The complimentary soup and bread rolls with French butter came to the table quickly, then a long pause till the entree and same with the mains. That was the only negative, otherwise exceptional. The dessert and coffees also came out quickly. We will go back on a weekday, next time. It is still highly recommended for the variety and taste of the meals.

We had such a great time at this restaurant! The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The food was delicious, and the complimentary soup and bread was such a nice surprise. The kids' meal was great too. It's a good portion with plenty of veggies, which was nice to see. Overall, a really lovely spot for a family meal. We'd definitely come back!

Probably the worst dining experience that I've ever had, sat in the restaurant for nearly two hours and left before our mains arrived. Entree prawn tortellini was inedible, rock hard and undercooked. First drinks took half an hour to arrive and we were never asked if we'd like another. The entrees we did eat were fine but not even close to standard for the prices. Will never be back.

Jamison View Restaurant at The Mountain Heritage. Stunning views, fabulous food and service. It was a very pleasurable dining experience. The beautiful piano playing created a memorable ambience !

Terrible food. Vegetables seemed like they were from frozen packages, lamb was so tough and dry. The view however was incredible. The bar next to the resteraunt was lovely with good view

It smells very musky and the food wasn't that great for the price. However the waiters were good.
