   Food was fabulous as always, been here a couple of times now. Food got ordered really quick which was great, only drop in service was that after that I had to find a waitress to order another drink and the dirty plates were left on the table in front of us ages after we finished eating. The manager/supervisor had to tell the three waiters that's were standing around chatting to collect them.

   Fantastic Food, Friendly Staff, great atmosphere overall everything was perfect. Will definitely be dining here again

   First time in. It’s a restaurant for kids and their parents. I didn’t think it was a chain but it seems like one. Lots of noisy chatter albeit it was a quiet night. The staff is trying but they make lots of errors like not coming to your table soon enough after you arrive, they bring the wrong drinks and food to multiple tables and they simply forget other items. We asked for a certain table and we were told we couldn’t have it even though it wasn’t a busy night. I sense there is no management direction. The food is average at best. The portion size is fine but the food was completely under seasoned. Simply, there is no compelling reason to go back.

   The prices were dreadful and very high for a suburban restaurant. €8 for a pint Heineken is shocking . We had two starters to share between three of us and really they would’ve done one person they were so tiny.  The mains were okay but very small sizes for the price you were charging.

   Terrible service from start to finish. Waited 5 minutes at the door before anyone came to seat us despite plenty of staff standing around talking. Waited 25 minutes before order was taken and had to call server to get a drink at the start. Had to chase down water, extra drinks and the bill. Food was nice and good value for Jamie Oliver branded restaurant. Atmosphere was good but staff are uninterested and uncoordinated.

   They change the menu, unfortunately the new one is very different and the good old food is missing. Also the hamburger is not tasty anymore. I eat there for the last 3 years, unfortunately I will not eat there again.

   We were here before Christmas and felt a little disappointed by the ambience and the food quality. Whatever has happened since, the improvements are very noticeable. Food is fantastic & has a much nicer atmosphere.

   Nice resto usually our go to family meal, changes to menu are very disappointing, funky chips and puttanesca removed and replacements are inadequate. Real lack of quality vegan or veg options and new chips are bland. Very disappointing.

    Very disappointing lunch. Food was only ok, we both had the tagliatelle bolognaise.....there was little or no bolognaise in the very small bowl and the pasta itself looked grey..... While the waiting staff were nice, the service was terrible, extremely slow and the restaurant was not busy. We won't be going back.
