The AC was not working well and it was hot and stuffy inside. The waitress said it’s been that way all week. Not a great atmosphere to dine in. The ice in my water melted in 10 minutes. My ribeye was cooked perfectly but had no seasoning at all. Same with the vegetables

They recently changed the menu to the point there are very few Chicken options. It used to be awesome, now it’s just ok

We waited 20minutes for server to make initial contact with us, she was standing behind us and said she didn’t want to interrupt us talking. Food was served promptly and orders were all correct mostly asked for ketchup triangle and mayonnaise and that took another 10 minutes to get. Restaurant was not that busy for it to take that long. We had originally asked for separate checks party of two, party of three, that took another 20 minutes to get. She was gone with our credit cards for another 15 minutes. I don’t like seeing my credit card disappear for that long. We usually go to Jamison‘s at night for dinner, but this was a late lunch. Maybe that was the problem. Will not stop us from going back though.

We had a very mixed experience. The hostess was not the most pleasant but the gentleman seating us was very kind. We were unaware of the special Father's Day menu and unfortunately the chef did not have any vegetarian options on the menu so we had to modify and just eat sides for some of our meals. The regular menu has a few vegetarian options but those were unavailable. The food that was served on time was very good. My dad was raving about his steak. Unfortunately my brother-in-law's food did not come out until our food was boxed up because the server said it had been prepared incorrectly. We were surprised that the manager did not come by to give apologies. It kind of ruined his Father's Day. Other servers did pop by and said hello to the kids which made it personable. Given the up and down nature of our visit we do not plan to visit again.

We have dined at Jameson’s Arlington Heights many times and have always found the food to be excellent and last night was no exception. The menu is quite varied. The entries are well prepared, ample and a good value. Service is usually pleasant and efficient. On this visit, our server was surly, no response when we greeted him when he took our drink order. When he was asked about a menu item, his response was clipped and terse. After he took our food order, we suddenly had a new server, Lisa. She was the opposite of the first guy. Lisa was upbeat, pleasant and treated us like valued guests. The hosts and manager were very personable and helpful.

our server Abdula was great, the meals were terrific as always. we have never been disappointed with service or food. Great value for the pricing

The server was rude and inattentive. Couldn’t find him while we were there for 2 -1/2 hours. Just not happy with him!!

The food and service at jameson’s has always been nothing less than excellent. The live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays is a nice to kick back I. The bar and eat while they play.
